We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! We love her and she is our last groomer ever.

I mean, stuff like that you don't say to your customers and that's very unprofessional. Even if my cat was mean, it could have been said in a different way. A friend of mine took their doodle and their sweet baby came home with a terrible haircut, BUT I wish I could say that is all their furbaby came home with but unfortunately their sweet dog also came home with gashes and cuts all over his body!! To top it all off, these incompetent people will not answer any calls or texts from my friends regarding this heartbreaking situation! My friends dog is now traumatized, withdrawn, very anxious, and visibly shaken from how he was treated by these people. Animals do not have a voice to take up for themselves.
