We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! We love her and she is our last groomer ever.

When we got him it had been a long time since we had a dog and I stopped by Clippers N' Bows to see if I could get some help. Jennifer was friendly and helpful even though I was not a customer, yet. Since then she has been Riley's only groomer and we have become friends. She has always done a good job, was helpful if I had questions, and recommended a trip to the Vet if she saw something that needed checking. I recommend her to everyone. I have read some of her reviews and know that things happen we don't like, but that happens in doctor's offices, etc. We lost Riley a month ago to stomach cancer, and she groomed him right before he died and was gentle, caring, and loving with him. This can obviously stress out the cats. Also, when I drop my cat off they leave her on the ground right in the waiting area. One time I asked how my cat did and the owner said she was a b**ch. I mean, stuff like that you don't say to your customers and that's very unprofessional. Even if my cat was mean, it could have been said in a different way. Also, when I said I felt uneasy, it's because I felt like thy were mean to my cat. Anyways, I am sooo very happy and relieved to not go back to this place anymore. (I wasn't going to anyway.)
