He seems to enjoy his job and makes easy conversation with everyone who stops in. While I was there, a few people who were clearly regulars popped by, and he knew their names and orders off the top of his head, which I found impressive. The coffee is superb- both times I've been, I've absolutely loved (and savored) every sip. Every barista I've met goes above and beyond to make their drinks balanced and delightful. They are always open to modifications, and they have some cool suggestions of their own if you ask! They have all the drink options you could want (caf+decaf) but they also have more traditional drinks like the Italian Macchiato or Cortado (my favorite). The coffee is roasted two doors down and the chocolate is made in the factory in house!! They have a bunch of made-to-order food options and house baked pastries from local bakeries! The Factory Cafe is bright and cheerful, with plants, tons of natural sunlight, and a very pretty seating area. Even their bathrooms are aesthetic!
