Cadillac margarita
Amy M.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not recommend! I ordered the Enchiladas Rancheros with a side of beans instead of rice. The beans were refrigerator cold. I tried my enchiladas and the beans in those too were cold. They took my order back to bake it, and the side of beans were warm but by the time I got half way into my enchilada I had cold beans again. My oldest daughter ordered the First Time Burrito and she too complained the beans were not warm enough. My husband ordered the Double Jack and had no issues. In fact he ate up his happily while my oldest & I waited for our meals to be reheated. He even was completely done before they brought ours back out it took that long! My youngest ordered the kids chicken strips and fries, and I tried both and they were fairly decent. The chips nor the salsa are fresh or good. The Cadillac margarita was meh. The prickly pear margarita was good. IMO: the best part was the tiniest bit of guacamole I had on my dish. The place was busy but I don't know how they stay in business with mediocre tasteless food. Sorry never got pics of the food due to my horrible experience.

Amazing cuisine and always a must go to when we are in PC! We have been visiting Baja for over a decade and love the Prospector. Fresh and made to perfection. Delicious beans, rice and cheese. Nice accent of greens. They have amazing mocktails and full of flavor and sugar. Good salsa! It includes chunky tomatoes. Plenty of seating. This last visit our waiter was being trained and missed our section for orders. We waited 1/2 an hour to place an order. Once I let someone know he was there quickly and the rest of the visit was smooth.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The prices were a bit much, but the portions were generous. I originally was going to order a margarita, but it was $15. So I got the virgin margarita and it was only $5. The waitress was very kind and patient as we took a while to decide what to order. The food was really good, but we probably wouldn't go again because it was pretty expensive.

We went for a bite after a long day of ski. The staff were very nice and tentative. The food is big portions and very yummy! Timu was our server and was super kind and helpful.

I've been a customer for a long time and the food is always good. Simple but good. I am however quite disappointed in this $20 salad that I just paid for. There's barely any lettuce and I just don't think the value is there anymore. I know food is more expensive now, but this is ridiculous. The portion is completely inadequate for what you're charging. You didn't even fill half the container.

Flavor of the steak was delicious!

Sever was fantastic, sales delicious and steak fajitas while a little tough they made up for it with amazing flavor!!

So to start this place is awesome. The service was great, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. From $5 margaritas to flavorful fajitas. The service was the best we've had while visiting Park City. I don't understand the other reviews. The server was very attentive and made sure we were happy. The drinks were on point. Very good. The food was amazing. I don't usually eat fajitas but she made sure the order was right. This is one of the best options to eat on Park City mountain. Definitely check it out if you're visiting. The bus is free and there appears to be good parking Options. I love Park city and good food and Drinks are very crucial to a good vacay. Also they had the World Cup on so it was an awesome sports bar option. Suggestion to check this spot.

This is our 3rd time here. We normally stop by for a margarita and some dinner after a day in the slopes. The food is usually pretty good but unfortunately the service is always hit or miss. This last time we were told it was too busy for us to be waited on but we could order "to go" and eat it at one of the tables. Totally fine, we placed our order, snagged a few drinks and waited. 5 mins later 2 more tables come in and are sat at the bar and taken care of. While I appreciate them allowing us to eat it was very off putting to see others being served while we weren't. The food is good. Drinks are good. Atmosphere is that of a mountain side ski town but mexican themed. We will likely give it another try because we love Mexican and it's one of only a few at the bottom of the mountain but if you're going be prepared for a wait.

Literally came out cold.

I'll try to be fair. The staff was working as hard as they could. There was a complete management failure. If you don't have enough employees, don't seat the table. 1. If you order queso, be sure to mention you need chips as well, as it is not a given. 2. If you order guac, be sure you mention you want chips as well. 3. Before you order food, make sure you mention you'll need a fork or spoon to eat it with. 4. Napkins are not a given. Very, very disappointing. Nothing about this experience went well. Not one thing.

The Cantina was closed due to electrical problems. I would have visited if open. The menu looked appetizing, I am sorry they had to close.

I had the Espresso Martini and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. I also tried the Bramble Barrel, which was amazing as well. Great lighting, comfortable seating, and overall just a really good vibe. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While we were there we saw a cocktail class happening, which looked really fun. Definitely something I'd love to come back and try next time. Small detail, but I also loved the bathroom products. It's those little touches that make a place stand out. Overall the drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. One of my favorite cocktail spots in Park City.

Compared to some of the other places in the area, it didn't feel overly crowded, which made the experience even better. They have a nice upstairs area with a patio, which is a great place to sit and take in the atmosphere. The live music was definitely the highlight of the night and added a lot to the vibe. Our waitress was also wonderful, very attentive and genuinely sweet. The food is classic bar fare, but the cocktails were really fun and a bit more unique than you might expect. The wings are also a nice appetizer to start off the meal, although you only receive 6 wings per order. The service is very attentive despite how busy they are. Seating is limited for large parties over 4 - we had to sit outside to accommodate our party of 7, and while there are space heaters outside, the heat didn't quite reach the entire table and wasn't warm enough. All in all, the food was delicious nonetheless, the company was great, I just wouldn't recommend sitting outside during the winter season.

I love the experience of going up the vernacular to the bar area and the hotel and restaurant is very nice in general. The drinks and the food looked good. This is definitely the type of places I always go to with this kind of vibe. The drinks were good and very cute! For the food, I go back-and-forth because it wasn't very good, but it was good for bar food. But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

We were seated by the window, and the sweeping mountain views paired with the elegant interior created a serene and elevated dining atmosphere. While the experience inside was exceptional, the arrival left a bit to be desired. The hotel entrance felt somewhat understated for a property of this caliber, and on a 35-degree evening, the outdoor heaters were not in use. When I inquired, the response suggested they are only turned on when it is "really cold," which felt slightly misaligned with the level of comfort and attentiveness one expects from a St. Regis experience. That said, the cuisine, ambience, and views were truly wonderful. With a more polished and welcoming arrival experience, this would easily be a five-star destination.

Characterized by a vintner-curated menu of blended wines and cocktails, the dimly lit spot is warm and attractive. The interior is appointed with art work, shiplap and stone work. They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).
