Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.

It's not fast because they do an unbelievable detailed job on your vehicle. 1. The tunnel wash. They have the speed of the wash slower than most other washes so if you only want a wash you'll get your money's worth and they always have an attendant that drys your vehicle. 2. If you pay for the full-service you might think you underpaid. Your vehicle goes through 3 full-service stations. They clean the door jams, they pop your rear window and tailgate and wipe the inside, they wash the rubber floor mats, they use high pressure air to get in the groves and crevices in your vehicles interior, and the last station is quality control where they go over everything. Why would you go to one of those washes that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the interior yourself for the almost the same price of a full-service at Autosheen?? That doesn't make sense. P.S. While a typical car wash is about $36. Their pricing structure is weird not like before when it was the Promenade. I had to go back the wheels weren't clean and then I noticed a weird film on lower panel on both side and it continued around to rear bumper. Turns out the wheel dressing was sprayed all along both sides! Wow. The person that does car detailing there really is good and he told me that's what it was. After doing a little research online and reading reviews, fortunately, my magic man did come through to save my butt that day, and his name was Chris Thomas from Absolute Perfection Detailing. All I can say is what a professional. What a guy who truly takes pride in his work, and not only does he do an incredible job, he enjoys it. At first, Chris didn't promise me he could get all the sand up, but he told me he'd do his absolute best. Hours later, he called me with excitement, "I can't wait for you to see this." I haven't had it detailed in at least a year, maybe two, and the last guy was one of those mobile guys that comes to you. That guy did an OK job, but he really didn't get the back seat clean. In that time, we unfortunately had one pet pass away in the back seat, a lot of incidences with muddy and/or bloody animals, we drove across the country from Idaho with 2 dogs and a cat, and countless long drives. When I got there around 9:00, I was greeted and Derek came in, confirmed what I needed and told me he'd looked at it, asked me about my dogs, and told me he felt he could get it cleaned. I was doubtful to be honest. He called me around noon to tell me it was ready when I was expecting it to take at least another hour. I don't understand the negative reviews. Derek did a FANTASTIC job! My backseat looks almost new. I am seriously impressed with how good it looks. Everything is sparkling clean and smells great. The car wash is getting much worst; they did something with the chemicals and my flawless car paint looks like crap and I have some new scratches in my paint to where of course he didn't want to address. Instead of addressing, he said numerous times "go to the sparkle car wash then". What kind of customer service tells you to go to another car wash because he doesn't want to address the NEW major issues? The chemicals was changed so that more soap is being used but they are not rinsing the soap off with enough rinse water (MANAGER TOLD ME THIS), so when it comes out to get hand dried, the soap is all over the vehicle and it is being rubbed into the paint which is why the cars look worst. The manager replied, "IT DOESN'T HURT THE PAINT,", and I say it DOES HURT THE PAINT, my 2 vehicles def look way worse than EVER before. It wasn't broke DON'T FIX IT!!!! What happened to this place? I used to go there 3-4 times a week because they were really good, but now, I barely come once a week because it makes me mad to see this car wash destroying car paint.
