Sean was so professional and explained everything very clearly and in detail. He made me feel so confident about hiring them, so I did. Moving day: I hired three men and a truck. Seven years later, thinking about this experience still makes me absolutely livid at the disrespectful, unprofessional movers we hired. We hired this company to move from our 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. They showed up AFTER the end of the appointment window. They were the slowest movers I've ever hired. When we got to the new apartment, which is on the second floor, and at the end of a long building, they parked in the middle of the building. There's a gate at the corner of the building very close to our apartment, but they parked in the middle of the building, 100 yards away, because there's an elevator there, and we had ONE heavy piece of furniture. They were slow and they complained. They finished and left around 1 AM, an 8 or 9 hour move from a NoHo 1 bedroom to Northridge. They put a dent in the wall, gouged my refrigerator on something, plus damage to other pieces of furniture that we discovered while settling in over the next couple weeks. I waited seven years to finish this review hoping to find some objectivity about the experience, but it still makes me angry how much I paid them for their unprofessional service, which by the way was at least a couple hundred more than I was quoted. Maybe they've since fired their terrible workers, maybe they have better standards now... I'll never know, because I would never hire this company again, and would emphatically urge anyone looking for moving services to look elsewhere.

I have my share of hiring movers, and I couldn't think of anything bad about them to talk about. They arrived on time, well organized as a team and structured. Alex answered my call right away (and even pulled over to the side of the road to take my call!) He remembered me from my family's previous move, and was excited to join us again! Booking them was so easy, I answered simple questions about the move time, date, size of home, and locations and we were good to go! They drove to Rancho Cucamonga from LA to help us, and told us how they move families to anywhere in the US, which is amazing. They wrapped everything properly and safely, they boxed random things that weren't yet boxed, and took care of breaking down furniture and securing it safely in their moving van.
