The cold ice cream was a great contrast to the warm, crispy churro! You get five churros with a generous portion of ice cream for a little over $10, so this was a good deal too! Service: The employees were nice, and the food came out really fast. Ambiance: There's a clean bathroom and many tables to sit at. Highly recommend parking at a nearby parking structure for a shopping complex and walking over! Please try this delicious place with your friends!

The store front is easy to find as they have a large visible sign showing "CHURROS" near the street. The items can get pricey, as I recently picked up just an ice cream with churros and bag of churros which ended up at $20. There's a $1 charge on credit cards which also seems a bit like charging the customer on any business transaction. The location is a decent size so it could definitely fit groups and such. Unfortunately my visit did not really go well, as after ordering and receiving a buzzer to let us know when the order is complete, we waited for over 10 minutes to have other customers place orders after us and receive their orders before our buzzer went off. Eventually, one of the associates noticed we had been waiting for a while and came to us to ask if we had placed an order already. For some reason, the buzzer was not programmed to our order, and I ended up asking the cashier for my receipt to confirm that my order was placed. This was frustrating as we had originally entered the store as the only guests and 3 other parties had entered the store after us and received their orders before us. Fortunately, the associates closest to us near the pick up order section noticed that we had been waiting for an extended period of time and came out to ask what we had ordered to help us make our missing order. I have no idea how our order was missed but it was not a great experience to wait in a store with no AC (only the front doors propped open for ventilation) and there was no real apology for the mishap. However, we're very appreciative of some of the staff members noticing that we had been patiently waiting for our order.

I also noticed they've added quite a few new food items to the menu, so I decided to give one a try. I ordered the pesto mushroom and bacon breadsticks. He was patient, as we were the only ones there at 6:50pm Sunday night. Loved the decor and seating. No outlets though, but easy wifi access with QR codes conveniently on stickers throughout. Love the textured walls and unique decor throughout. It's charming. I asked if they make their drinks hot too, and the guy said I could have whatever drinks on their menu made hot. Me: okay, I'll have the pumpkin spice latte, hot. It came out 10 minutes after our desserts did, iced. oh well. #FirstWorldProblems 1: Dulce de leche (4/5) decent taste but presentation in the shape of a heart was nice 2: Oreo (3/5) - I ordered this one and it wasn't very Oreo-tasting at all, to my chagrin. 3: strawberry mousse (5/5) best one, tasted like strawberry. 4: mango mousse (4/5) had actual chunks of what seemed like pineapple because it was tart. Not bad but not what I was in the mood for.

The quality has just been so utterly consistent. These baked goods truly taste rustic and homemade; I believe the freshness is guaranteed and everything is baked daily. I always buy the shuku pan to make sandwiches my daily lunches and the country bread/sourdough for my avocado toast and breakfasts. The sandwiches made in-house are also recommended especially the chicken katsu and the assorted ham/tuna/egg salad. I like the croquette and egg salad in a bun especially. All of these are savory and flavorful yet subtle. I also recommend any of the pastries including curry pan, melon pan, and of course the strawberry croissants but beyond that I also really like the strawberry banana croissant and blueberry croissant. There is also a selection of drinks made in-house café-style as well as bottled Japanese drinks. The staff are friendly and I really like the space even though it's small. You can find seating outside especially if you avoid rush hours. Of all the three locations, this one is my favorite because it's so rustic and historic and really fits in with the overall vibe and aesthetic of Old Town Tustin and the El Camino Real. Please check this bakery out; it's one of the best in all of SoCal in my opinion.

I was originally tempted to stay for churros, but the girls wanted to explore the Packing House, and this turned out to be a great choice! After walking around and checking out all the dessert options, we came back to Parfait Paris. Everything in the display case looked beautiful, making it hard to decide. I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. If you're visiting the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert or a sweet treat after dinner, Parfait Paris is absolutely worth stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

The employee responded, "You want a cup of ice for a drink you didn't purchase here?" I understood that I had not purchased a drink from the establishment, and I would have respected a polite explanation if providing ice was against their policy. However, the way the employee responded came across as unwelcoming and lacked courtesy. I apologized and walked away without arguing. I subsequently approached management to explain my experience and express my concerns about how the situation was handled. I spoke with Tina, who told me that I would need to send her an email for her to do something about it. While I understand that management may have procedures for handling customer complaints, I was disappointed that my concern could not be addressed through a brief conversation at the time. I made an effort to communicate my concerns respectfully and hoped for a more welcoming and receptive response. I understand that businesses have policies and cannot accommodate every request. However, there is a difference between declining a request and making someone feel unwelcome. Courtesy, professionalism, and how concerns are handled can make a significant difference in a customer's overall experience. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a negative impression of the establishment.

The dulce de leche cake was so well soaked, and the chocolate shell was a nice texture contrast. However, the cake was a little too sweet. We also tried the mini chocolate pancakes with strawberries and bananas. This was a classic, and the fruit helped cut the sweetness of the pancakes. Service: The service was really nice, and they explained the various components of dishes which was helpful before ordering. Ambiance: This place is so well-lit and cute! However, the surrounding area is slightly unsafe with some smoke and alcohol shops around. Just a heads up, however everyone does their own thing! The shop's bathroom's handle was loose, and we were a little confused on if someone was using it or not, so we used the bathroom at the nearby Dollar Tree. If you are a chocolate or dubai chocolate lover, definitely give this place a try! You can order a few items and share with friends, as they are generous with their quantity!
