The asadas taco was pure fat. Dotys was good many moons ago but now not so much. Also they accept Zelle now

Taco Truck. Ordered the two birria tacos. The young lady took my order they were quick and professional she gave me a beautiful smile. The tacos were very delicious and juicy You can serve a variety of different add-ons like cilantro and onions, red onions, Nopales in vinegar, and green and avocado sauces. Great place for a Good price Highly recommend this place

Food is very good with a wide variety. Staff are nice and accommodating. Only problem is they don't have the prices posted.

Ordered 50 tacos last minute, and they came through like Champs. The team loved the flavors, and the staff was super nice. They provided containers for the sauces and the toppings were fresh. Seriously the best tacos in L.A. Thanks Dotys. see you soon.

Let's Taco bout it ... When you think of taco trucks in the Southbay, Dotys is definitely one of the names that pops up. From tacos to burritos, to desserts, this place got it all now; they have a nice set up with tables and chairs as well to enjoy your food fresh. Bring back the $1 tacos though! The tacos still hit after all these years (pastor), the steak and shrimp burrito is a fave, another stand out for sure is their salsas (habanero), they have great flavor and heat here ! I have to come back to try more new items to really formulate a solid review, also the service was a bit off this night, they were not very attentive, it took them a while to acknowledge us and it was not busy at all... anyway... 3.5/5 star for now. Tip: They take card now; their menu does not show pricing so ask how much everything is before you order and ring you up. Happy eats, loves! ^_^

First I want to say my family and I have been going to Doty's Tacos for years. But tonight September 27th 2025 there was a cockroach in our food. I am disgusted and sick to my stomach I will never be back again

Cabeza tacos - meat was different than usual

Really disappointed with my experience here. Taco wise, they are 3 star tacos - nothing amazing about it but pretty standard. 1 star knocked down for experience. Went here on taco Tuesday when they were advertising $1.50, no other menu items had prices. I had a large order and got 14 tacos, and carne asada fries. She asked me if I wanted homemade tortillas or regular, no indication they were different prices. I say homemade. She goes to charge my $72.00 which I thought was a high amount, but could not speak up until it was totaled. I try to tell her it should be closer to $40, and she says it's too late, nothing can be done. She says "the homemade is extra of course" when there was no reason for me to assume that. I've been to taco trucks and shops that do homemade standard. Also, I got quesabirria tacos and was given a quesadilla instead, although I specifically ordered tacos. Why I'm thinking the cost was a little more too. I was hoping to bring the tacos home and be blown away to make up for the cost. But they were very greasy, meat wasn't the best, and even though I asked for meat only, the pastor had onions (which meant someone in my family couldn't eat their order.) the homemade tortilla wasn't impressive either and they were fairly small. The salsas though are really good, especially the habanero and the chili oil. Overall, I would be happier if they didn't cost so much. No truck taco should be $3, regardless of homemade. I try not to leave bad reviews often but I felt like she purposely deceived me to get a higher charge. Had they impressed me I would have let it slide.

Mariscos Jaliscos is a simple, humble and easy going food truck that easily beats any sit in boujee restaurant. Their menu is simple and easy to understand. Mariscos Jalisco is best known for their Fried shrimp tacos however, they have one of the best aguachiles I've tasted hands down. Their shrimp tacos are absolutely amazing with the right crunchiness and soft fried shrimp inside. The sauce that comes with these tacos are jam packed with flavor adding to the overall flavors/texture of the shrimp taco. Hurts to say it but this might be my new favorite shrimp taco in ELA/Boyle Heights area. The service here is quick and friendly. I went on a Friday afternoon and did not find busy crowds at this food truck. Street parking is available and the times that i've visited other food trucks nearby i was able to find quick parking. Its a busy street so you will find people coming in and out of parking spots most of the time. I enjoyed my experience here at Mariscos Jalisco and will be coming back very soon. This fluffy mound of feathery soft ice was so delicate it started melting instantly. SERVICE A friendly woman greeted me, quickly took my order, and minutes later my order was ready, all decked-out in its glorious colorfulness in a festive flower cup. All was chillin' - aloha and mahalo! PARKING (Varied; FREE this instance) Being a food truck, they were at the beck and call wherever the event was held. In this case, the event took place at a state park with plenty of paid parking, FREE and timed street parking along the main drag of Spring St. and surrounding side streets, or you GoMetro as I did to the Chinatown Gold Line Station. Another option was a driving service like a bus, taxi, Lyft, or Uber - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Your standard self-sufficient food truck with an exterior food menu, order and pick up windows, but no area for condiments, napkins, utensils, or designated seating area. Plenty of natural lighting was prevalent during the daytime while minimal electric park and streets glowed at night. There were no TVs unless you considered the movie screen and movie that played in the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=HTgLGqT9_BTSQMYyClmJvQ&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I loved the Snowie Icy Desserts Food Truck and would definitely seek them out again at the next event I attended or worked. Heck... I just might hire them for a private party (951-216-8752)! First and foremost, they sold the far-superior shave ice and not the much-inferior show cone because there is a very distinct difference. Although I only tasted two flavors, I wanted to try them all! One simple request would be to offer azuki beans, coconut, and jackfruit as additional toppings. The price, portion size, and service were perfect. And, if shave ice wasn't your thing as crazy as that sounded, they also sold ice cream and other simple sweet confections. I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $5.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...AMEX! 5.0 STARS
