I had the full body adjustment with y-strap. The full body adjustment included huge cracks on my back, neck, ankles, fingers, lower back/hip. The y-strap essentially is a strap that goes around your head/neck and when relaxed the doctor tugs and huge relief/cracks are experienced. DrRios came in shortly after and assured he could find out the source of my back pain. After my assessment he adjusted me and stretched me out and told me to follow up in a couple days.
