The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF. I spent the majority of my first two weeks post-op in the emergency room with infections. The surgery site spat sutures for 6 months. My elbow has never and will never be the same. He was absolutely nowhere to be found afterwards and nobody would put us in contact with him. I went to Physical Therapy at Arrowhead orthopedics which is down stairs from my surgeon very convenient. I requested this office for its great therapist. Krista is the manager and top notch therapist. She helped me last TKR and I was there it felt like half my life with a stubborn knee. I was there 60 sessions with my first replacement this replacement I was there 12 amazing. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! She has been there since my last surgery and she makes me laugh, and she is extremely motivating which is very important in recovery. She will lighten your day and make you push a little harder to get to that point you need to be at. Amy thanks for everything you did, have done and you are also top notch in your field.
