As far as the staff, well, the girl that's literally the face of the office when you walked in did not seem like she was having a good day and didn't seem very friendly. At all. Outside of her poor interpersonal communication skills, the other staff seemed to be pleasant enough, but I would like to feel like I was welcome in the office rather than a stranger.... perhaps, a few more smiles, a few more hellos, or maybe a couple "welcome " would be advantageous for people who have white coat syndrome, like me. Just saying. And it's not like they were are hard a work.... I could hear them shooting the sh!t and laughing amongst themselves. Anyhow, I'd recommend Dr Norton and Delgado to everyone and anyone, because what it comes down to is quality of care. They're all just getting paid for nothing, extremely lazy. Every time I try to call, it is extremely difficult because they never pick up the phone. One time I asked one of the employees why it's so hard to reach them by phone, and she just answered, "We're busy, you're not the only one calling!!!!" But every time I come in person, I almost never hear the phone ringing, and that's because they set the phone to silent!!! I have never seen them being truly busy, except for being on their cell phones. Every time I do blood work, I am supposed to be called within at most 3 days for the results--whether it's fine or if I need to come in to see the doctor if there is something serious. But I almost never get called unless I take the initiative to call and ask for the results. And they can immediately pull up my results and read them to me. When I ask why I was never contacted, they always say, "We just got the results from the lab," and this is just bullshit!!! Even when I come before my appointment time, I still always have to wait at least 1 or 2 hours before being called in. What I can say is that all the employees there are super lazy and useless, they don't care about the patients at all. Dr. Kim is basically okay, nothing special. I actually liked PA Song more, but he no longer works there--I don't know why. And until now they still don't have another PA. I have decided to switch to another doctor because I can't take it anymore.

He also showed me how the last medical exam was filled out entirely wrong and explained to me how it was supposed to be filled. I reached out this morning to Apen Medical Reached out to inquire about same day appt. Since I'm fighting SHINGLES -Spoke with a Tina or Gina who's took my call. Very rude, condescending persona. She provided me with a rapid response " If you're a new patient I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU, you can go to urgent care!" I asked if she can clarify to why I cannot be seen and she couldn't Answer. All she responded with is I have nothing for you.. I will be making contact with INS to change doctors office. Dealing with enough stress from Shingles do not need any more from a RUDE office.
