As much of a mess the Walgreens is on Myrtle, I have no idea why anyone would not instead stop here for anything you may want from there.

None of the snobby attitudes you get at the Walgreens/Duane Reade around the city. Everything is fairly priced, and when I didn't have insurance, the pharmacist had helped me find a GoodRx code to get the lowest price possible. That says a lot about a person, which is truly heartwarming. I also love that their convenience shop area aren't locked up, so I can actually shop without having to flag an employee down. I don't live in South Slope anymore, but this is one of my favorite neighborhoods in NYC. Oak Park has a super convenient location right across from the F train (15th St-Bartel Pritchard Cir), so it makes it very easy to finPlus, there are great places to eat nearby and Prospect Park right there, which makes picking up a prescription part of a nice errand instead of a chore.

I submit my otc meds to my FSA so I need proof of what I purchased. They don't have receipt books or even a stamp with the pharmacy details. Second, as I explained why I needed a detailed receipt, a very angry woman yelled from behind the pharmacy counter that they have plenty of customers so it's not a problem for anyone else. Nice way to treat one of them. The nice young ladies at the register clearly looked mortified at this unnecessarily aggressive behavior. Will not get any more prescriptions from this place.
