Came during my hour lunch because I wanted something healthy and found reviews online about their salad bar. Took some time to be greeted but once I paid $15 for the salad and soup bar things went quick! They have lots of options for salads, a wide variety and lots of dressings as well. They had 2 soups at the time and I went with the pozole they had! It was pretty good for a place in clovis like this. The waitress came back and told me all about the happy hour and other things they offer since I didn't have time for the full experience! I'd love to try to meat station and other side they have. I'll definitely be coming back here when I have more time to sit and eat! (Nice vibe inside and a good replacement for sweet Tomatoes)

This place was very clean, open and airy. The service was excellent. You can see in my photos what we had - of course, we had to trade small slices with each other of our food: it was all very good, especially the chicken panini. They also have a soup and salad bar. They had a special going on for $5 margaritas. I plan on going back.

I would give Dosan FIVE STARS for ambience! The open dining area has comfortable booths surrounding the periphery of the room. The ONLY place in FRESNO/CLOVIS area, that plays low volume, instrumental jazz in the background. It's a pleasant and peaceful environment. Truly a unique and peaceful atmosphere. They also have a patio, that could be enjoyable in the evenings. We were here two days after the opening, so one must give them time to get up and running. They had various pickled items on the salad bar (yellow cauliflower, cucumbers, and large radish slices) and a good variety of greens. The potato salad was delicious! The pasta items and wedge potatoes were VERY tasty, however, they were not 'hot' . . . They will have to experiment on tweaking their heating elements, as those items were just lukewarm, as well as my carved turkey. At the carving station, you can ask them to 'assemble' a sandwich for you! My husband came back with a pastrami sandwich that he enjoyed. Dessert consisted of a variety of; cookies, brownies, muffins, and rice crispy bars. It was $25 each for all you can eat, and drinks are separate. Service is friendly.

Went on opening day expecting first day hiccups. $25 for the all you can eat buffet and another $9 for one trip to the carving station. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The gentleman at the carving station was very polite and agreeable. Everything at the salad bar was fresh and delicious. Dressings were good. Besides the salad bar, the best items were the house made pickles, mustard, pepperoni pizza, and Italian wedding soup. There were many things that could be improved. Overall, almost everything needed more seasoning, including salt. The meats were a disappointment. The pastrami was juicy and tender, but barely had a hint of pastrami spice. The turkey and beef were dry and mealy. The au jus had a layer of oil on the top. The sauerkraut and grilled onions were kind of flavorless too. The mac and cheese looked amazing, but tasted like nothing. Corn bread was dry and crumbly and biscuits were rock hard. The red sauce for the pasta tasted like tomato paste. The desserts were just ok, nothing special. All in all, $9 for the carving station option would be a great deal if the meats were better, and $25 for just the salad bar is not a great value. We may go back again, but not for at least a few months.

The restaurant itself is nice, comfortable, nice atmosphere. Staff extremely attentive! The food is ok. Not bad, but not great. I won't go there again due to the cost. $24.99 for the buffet and $4.00 for a soda. If it was $20 including a drink, yes, I'd say it's worth it.... Maybe.

Nice American style buffet! Amazing price at $25!I appreciated the carving station but the prime rib had too much of a fat cap. The meat was tender though! I wish the food was hotter temperature wise, but overall an okay selection of food. Definitely doesn't have as large of a selection as a typical Chinese buffet but I had a good experience. It was clean and the service was very attentive.

Great food. Quiet calm atmosphere. Very friendly people. Owner very gracious lady. Nice and clean. Easy parking. Salad bar very fresh and plenty of topping. From the lasagna to the roast beef it was all good.

Roast beef that was so dry it was hard to chew. Ribs tasted reheated.

So gross. The meat was dry. The pasta was greasy. Didn't even try the chili because it looked like brown water. Couldn't try the lemon chicken because the spoon fell into the pan. The chicken in the sweet and spicy sauce was like jerky. The Mac and cheese literally had no flavor. Definitely not coming back. Gave up waiting for the check and had to go up to pay

    How much is for buffet?

It was $25 for the buffet and like $4 for the fountain drinks. You can get wine and other alcohol as well.

That's kind of why I never really cared to come back. Service was not consistent and the place is unbearably loud (yes, I know it's a sports bar)... very hard to have a decent conversation here without shouting. We sat in the bar area, Saturday, which we only went because someone misinformed him over the phone that they would be showing a boxing fight he was interested in... come to find out, they don't show boxing matches. We had already ordered our food/drinks before we found out so it was too late to go elsewhere. It was packed in there but there were two available tables for us to choose from and they did clean it off for us fairly quickly so we did appreciate that. Our guy got our drink orders right away, received it not too long after. Took a while before he got our food orders and even longer for the food to come out. Once the food did come out, he asked if we needed anything else, my man asked for another beer... apparently he didn't remember asking because he came back probably 15-20mins later asking if we needed anything else. My bf has more patience than me because he just told him another beer again only to wait probably another 10-15 minutes or so before finally getting it. Our wings were good... never had a problem with their wings. We got the Jammin' Jalapeños. The nachos... meh. Looks nice-ish upon receiving but there's really nothing to these Nachos and that was disappointing. A bunch of chips with only toppings/cheese/cream on the top layer. I should've taken a picture of what we didn't finish-- which was a lot. Either their quality went down or my taste just got more advanced. Oh, and my margarita was by far one of my least favorites I've had in a very long while... watered down, not much flavor (for a Strawberry marg), and just didn't taste like a margarita. I've had my fair share of margs, I'm very qualified to judge. Anyway, if it weren't for their wings-- I'd probably never think to come back... I'd be good with settling for getting them to go. If anything, I'd only go for a social gathering but even then-- there are better options. K, bye.

First off, they had the football game volume turned up louder than an Abercrombie store and you couldn't hear yourself think, it was 37 degrees outside so eating outside wasn't an option so we just had to endure it. We both ordered a 10 piece wing, mine in hot original buffalo and he ordered two different kinds but they only brought him one. They were cold, tough and chewy. Literally the worst wings I've ever had. The server asked me how things were I said they were tough and cold and he just said sorry can I get you another beer? But hey at least it's unbelievably expensive right? 60 dollars for two ten piece wings and a beer. Unbelievable, and to top it all off I got very sick that evening. All I had eaten was coffee and wings, so I know I got sick from the wings. Needless to say, I won't be back.

We had no idea what to expect, but it ended up being such a fun night. There were five of us in our bay, and from the start the staff was super attentive. Since it was our first visit, they walked us through how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable using the system. We had a couple small hiccups figuring things out, but every time someone came by, they checked in, helped us out, and made sure we were good. The bay system itself is really cool lots of sensors and very interactive. That first swing is a little intimidating because you're not sure how hard to hit or where the ball will go, but once you realize you can swing freely and the system tracks everything, it's actually a blast. We ordered food, and honestly, sometimes bar-style places are hit or miss with food but not here. Everything was really good. We ordered sliders, onion rings, bruschetta, and it all came out hot and tasty. My daughter also ordered about three or four Shirley Temples and everyone kept checking in on refills and food. We had the bay for an hour we did not know what to expect but we could have booked it for more time! During our hour were given a heads-up when we had about 10 minutes left, which we appreciated. We actually went a little over while waiting for help moving our food to the dine-in area, and they were very kind about it no rushing us at all. After the bay, we moved to the dine-in area, finished eating, and chatted with our server, who was incredibly friendly and genuinely excited about the place. He explained memberships, told us about the upstairs lounge, and even allowed us to glance around. The upstairs area overlooks the bays and bar and would be great for events or just hanging out it's a really nice setup. The space itself is deceiving from the outside. It looks small, but once you're inside, it's very spacious with deep bays and plenty of room. Noise level was perfect not too loud, music was at a great volume, and we could easily talk, order food, and enjoy the experience. They also host games and fights, with TVs at the bar. As we were leaving, the kids tried the putting area, which was another fun surprise. It has laser-style visuals that show where your ball is going, and they loved it. We probably spent another 10 minutes there just letting them enjoy it. Overall, from the games to the food to the service, everything was excellent. We left with leftovers, happy kids, and a great experience. It's been a long time since we've had service this attentive, and we truly appreciated it. We'll definitely be back. Additionally the decor and vibe is really nice inside! Classy upscale location.

Not because I didn't like the place, but because I hate Shaw traffic and I don't like being around people if I have a choice lol but when I'm feeling social and have the right people around me? Yes, please. Main thing we've gone for, obvi, are their Red Beers. I was never (still not) a beer drinker but the only thing that can make me drink beer?... these guys (Micheladas in general). They make a mean Miche! It may be frowned upon but I like mine with ice-- lots of it! Don't worry, with all the drinking you do, they also have fooooood-- and it's pretty darn good. The one thing I remember from years ago was their Chile Verde Quesadilla... it was bomb! Fast forward probably a decade+ later? Still bomb! On top of that-- my friend ordered their Nachos to share... yup, you guessed it! Bomb! My other friend ordered their Torta as well. I did not try it off her but I will take her word for it-- she said it was bomb. Duh. For a bar tucked away in the alley they're in (that's what it feels like to me)-- it's a decent size with significant space (parking can be tricky). Plenty of seating available and space to move around. It's exactly how you'd expect a bar to look and feel. The staff has always been quick to take our orders, super friendly, serving up quality, and they keep the place clean. I don't know what took me so long to come back but I'll try not to let my next visit go as long. This past visit happened to be a Karaoke night which was an added bonus. I can't sing like I wish I did in my head but hey-- I love to sing anyway (if I'm not shy). Enough liquid courage will do it. My friends and I took a few rounds on the mics together and it was a blast! If I remember correctly... Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are when Karaoke nights are held. The reason I rated this a lot lower is because of the food. Entirely way too overpriced for what it is. We ordered a lot of stuff: Nashville crispy chicken sandwich, bacon mac & cheese, mozz sticks, tie tip chili cheese fries, onion rings, and a regular Italian pizza. The mac and cheese was not great. The cheese felt grainy for a whopping $18. The mozz sticks, onion rings were $12 each and they were mediocre. For that price, I would have at least expected more than just 5 pieces. Also no cheese pull at all with them. The tri tip chillie cheese fries hardly had any tri tip in it. Not worth $13.50 because it was literally just ground beef. The Italian pizza was okay, but not worth $18.25 for the size. My husband said the sauce didn't have much flavor and the only good thing about it was the Italian sausage topping. We came here because we have passed by it a lot and had been meaning to give it a try. Everyone always looked like they were having a great time coming out of there and it look loud and night-club like. Well, we tried it and now know what it is. Sadly, won't be returning.
