The servings were huge, served with fresh coleslaw, and their homemade spicy, sweet barbeque sauce (sooo good). Let me tell you about the meat though. The meat was tender, moist, with just the right amount of smoke flavor and falling off the bone. Also I'm pretty certain that the pig is locally farm raised makes it premium meat that tastes so much better than big box store pork of course. I regret not getting more of it as it was gone faster than I expected when we brought it home! We even had a friend over who was just supposed to try a couple bites, well...she couldn't stop. She had a whole servings worth even though she had claimed that she was too full from eating before she came over. It was so mouth watering she just couldn't stop herself from taking another bite, then another and another- lol. I'm seriously looking forward to and dreaming about the time I get to eat some more of their smoked BBQ. I'll literally be drooling about it until then.
