I ordered Mexican pizza with my protein picadillo. And the owners gave me the wrong order and insist that this is Picadillo. No refund and couldn't get my ordered corrected. Instead they talk to me like I don't know what picadillo/ground beef is. Never going back. 0 stars!!

Fajitas para Dos / Fajitas for Two

I came to eat really quick with my boyfriend and let me tell you this place is amazing. The food is delicious like homemade good. Also they brought us chips & salsa as soon as we sat & refilled them without us even asking. They were fast and super nice I 100% recommend this place

Chicken Burrito Amigo / Amigo Burrito

BEST SERVICE AND FOOD!!! If you want good Mexican food, this is the place. You'll have a lovely time and have great food. The food was amazing, we got the birria tacos and the chicken burrito- both looked and tasted great. Photos don't do it justice. The salsa and guacamole was also really good. The service was amazing, the owner is so nice and really cares about the service being provided. He was so attentive and made sure we got everything we needed! We will 100% be back and can't wait to eat here again!

Dos Amigos Mexican Restaurant true local gem. Visited last night ordered Carne Asada Y Mas. Excellent presentation (shown in picture) Great flavors thru out the dish. During our dinner the chef came by to check on the meal. Appeared with perfect timing. It was quite nice but restaurant could use some more business. Excellent taste and reasonably priced you should give it a try. Federal Hwy near Brandys shoes just south of 14th Street causeway.Pompano Beach.

Nice Mexican restaurant in strip mall on Route 1 . Owner was conscientious in serving us. Has a lunch menu . Had a nice margarita and steak fajitas . Shared our dessert of fried ice cream .

Excellent service with a smile, but it went downhill from there. We were immediately greeted by a middle-aged woman (possibly the owner) who sat us at a table and took our drink order. She was pleasant and explained the dishes and answered my questions. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito macho which is served with rice and beans inside (I asked only for rice in my burrito). We also ordered a chicken dinner with rice and beans which came with three four tortillas. Although the burrito looked good, it sure didn't taste good. The rice had a chemical taste to it that I struggle to describe. The shredded chicken was dry, overcooked, making it difficult to chew. The sauce that was poured over the burrito was oily and harsh tasting. As for the chicken dinner dish, let's just say that the beans were so runny that we should have ran out the door with them. The chips and salsa were the only thing we enjoyed beside the 5 star service.

Watered down margaritas with a very small salsa!

Hidden gem with good food. Sometimes the service isn't the best but it's worth coming back to at least once a week.

Food: Tasty Staff: Friendly…read morePrice: Quite Reasonable Ambience: Quaint I went here today for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I have had this place on my "Try" list for awhile. I was warmly greeted and given menus and water right away. I sat at the sushi bar area as I was by myself. I reviewed the menu which had quite a few yummy sounding dishes. I was craving sushi so I ordered 2 rolls and a jasmine tea with Boba. The food came out relatively quickly. The Tuna tasted very fresh as did the rice. Overall for 2 rolls and a drink my bill came to just over $20.00, which is pretty good. I could smell someone ramen which smelled amazing. I look forward to going back to have dinner there.

First time visiting Kin Asian Street Food after seeing this place popping up on my Yelp. I checked…read moreout other Yelp elites' reviews before finally making up my mind to go. I had some expectations considering that most elites were raving about how good this place was. My first impression of this place was that wow this place must have been in the same spot for years with a lot of regulars. Interior seating seemed limited, but while we were there, there were consistent togo orders so the limited seating did not keep people away. Our server was welcoming, patient, and friendly. She was there a second before we needed her, she cleared our table before the next dishes arrived, and we didn't feel rushed but well cared for. We ordered the hamachi jalapeño, crab Rangoons, donkatsu ramen with pork belly, tuna, chutoro, and Otoro nigiri's. We also got matcha's for Togo. Two things that stood out to me, one, the prices were super cheap, and two the nigiri's tasted surprisingly good for their prices. Overall I was thinking that this must be a hidden gem in Pompano Beach area that not too many people know about despite the restaurant having been there for years. I wasn't too hungry today but my fiancee and I were already talking about coming back here to try some of their rolls next time. Yes I recommend this place to others!

** Classic Vacation Spot! Great Drinks & Killer Blackened Chicken**…read more First official lunch stop of our Florida trip is in the books, and **Legends** absolutely delivered! We managed to slide in just in time for happy hour, so the wife kicked things off right with a great cocktail. To keep the kids happy while we looked over the menu, we started with the mozzarella sticks and corn dog poppers. Both were total crowd-pleasers--crispy, melty, and didn't last long on the table. For the mains, the family spread was a massive success. The kids went with the classics: a juicy cheeseburger with golden fries, and crispy chicken tenders with perfectly fried tater tots. Both got total nods of approval. The wife and I went the salad route, ordering the Cobb salad and the Caesar salad, both topped with blackened chicken. Let me tell you, that blackened seasoning is the real deal here! It gave both salads a smoky, savory punch that elevated the whole meal. At the end of the day, Legends serves up **classic bar food done absolutely right**. The vibe is fun, the food is unpretentious and delicious, and the service was on point. It's a fantastic, reliable spot that I'd highly recommend to anyone in the area. We will definitely be back on future visits!

Upon entering it looks like any other sports bar/restaurant with many hi-def tvs playing. Ordered a simple grilled cheese with tomato sammie. Very good with multi grain bread. Cole slaw creamy and yummy. Side of chicken chili. Very smoky. Our server (very cute blonde lady with awesome tatts) was sweet and efficient. Sadly, forgot to take pictures of our meals. That makes me a bad Elite Yelper! Anyway, I'd def go back and try some other options.

Fast forward to today, and it's a completely different story. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The steaks were massive, juicy, and cooked to perfection, easily some of the best I've had anywhere, and I've paid top dollar at high-end steakhouses. The Hawaiian ribeye, in particular, was incredible, tender & juicy. The wings were huge and packed with flavor, honestly some of the best wings I could ask for. They've also stepped up their starters. The new bread with honey butter is insanely good, and the avocado eggrolls with tamarind sauce are absolutely next level. I added on the crab cake which is of insane quality, big lump pieces, it's actually hard to find breading. Service was just as impressive, attentive, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. I even had the chance to speak with the manager, Dani, who explained they made a major shift away from distributors that were hurting their quality. They went back to basics, focused on what made them great in the first place, and it shows in every bite. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, across any cuisine. J. Mark's is back, and better than ever.

1 Star -- So Disappointed, Especially From a Restaurant I Loved…read more I am incredibly disappointed with my order from Pho Gia Vi tonight. After spending nine hours at the hospital waiting for my dad to come out of surgery, the one thing I was looking forward to was a steaming bowl of pho from what had been one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. I spent extra for the short rib pho and had it DoorDashed to me. I also ordered the Bi Cuon--fresh spring rolls with pork and pork skin. I've always been very pleased with the pho here in the past, which made tonight even more disappointing. The spring rolls came two to an order. I cut them in half and discovered that only one of the four halves had any noticeable pork in it, and even that was a very small amount. The rest was basically stuffed with plain, unflavored rice noodles. Then I opened the pho. The broth container was only a little over half full. The short ribs were mostly bone, and after pulling off all the meat, I had barely 1/4 cup. There was also a lemon wedge instead of lime. I reheated the broth and poured it over the noodles, meat, vegetables and herbs, but there simply wasn't enough broth to make a bowl of soup. Instead, I ended up with a bowl of mushy noodles. The frustrating part is that the flavor was delicious, as it always has been. But delicious flavor doesn't make up for receiving so little broth and meat--especially when I spent nearly $50 between the food and having it delivered. I normally will not leave a bad review without first contacting the restaurant and giving them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, that experience was even more disappointing than the food. The man I spoke with told me he had personally made my order and blamed the missing broth on the waitstaff who packed it. I explained that while that might account for the half-filled broth container, it didn't explain the lack of meat in both the pho and the spring rolls. He offered to give me more broth if I drove to the restaurant. I explained that I had used DoorDash specifically because I did not have a car available. At that point, he became angry and yelled, asking what I wanted him to do about it. I offered a very reasonable solution: I could come by the following day if he was willing to remake the soup. He refused and said he would only give me the rest of the broth. I asked, "Really? You're willing to lose a repeat customer rather than replace a meal that wasn't prepared properly, after I paid all that money to have it delivered?" He said yes and hung up on me. Mistakes happen. Restaurants have off nights. I can understand that. What I cannot understand is skimping on the main ingredients of a premium-priced dish and then treating a repeat customer rudely when she calls to resolve it. I ended up ordering another bowl of pho from Veranda Kitchen & Bar, and it was exactly what I had been hoping for in the first place. After years of enjoying Pho Gia Vi, I'm genuinely sad to say that from now on, I'll be going elsewhere for my pho.
