Delicious! Wish we would've visited earlier in our trip as we would've come back a second time! While the nachos were good, I think next time we'd go for one of the chips and dips options. OMG we walked in and were greeted immediately by a sweet lady. Who showed us how to order on a kiosk. Asked if it was our first time here, she could tell immediately that yes we are not from here. I ordered the chicken tacos, 2 in our group ordered burritos, another ordered a chicken rice bowl. The sauces on the table were delicious and went well with our tacos. The dining area was very clean and well set up. I loved the decor/painted on the walls. My husband ordered beans and rice on tge side and half way through his burrito they came to our table with tge beans and rice and whole new burrito and chips. This really should be four stars for the food. But there were a few things that brought one less star. I'm not fond of restaurants adding an automatic tip for a small party (we were 2 people). And there was no notice that the tip was being charged nor the amount until we got the emailed receipt and saw it. Also all ordering is done through the kiosk which is a bit confusing if you don't know the entire menu in advance. Not all custom options are available in their check lists, so you have to use the special instructions box. In addition, there are no medium or mild sauces. The three sauces on the table are hot, hotter, and extra killer hot. Plus there is a glass jar on the pickup counter which might be confusing if you think you need an additional tip. You order at the kiosk and pay there. They bring your food to you at your table. The room is dim and the Mexican decorations are brightly colored and glow in the dark. My husband got a burrito without rice. The portion was large. He said it was meaty. He ate half and took half home. It came with a pile of plain chips which weren't very good without any salsa. Could've been just a today thing but my friend didn't get all the ingredients that should've came on her bowl. The guac wasn't very flavorful. There's plenty of places to sit and a decent amount of seating on the inside. They have outside seating as well. Their bathrooms were clean and have alot of space. The drink I got was really good . First time my wife and I went here to try it and first off the food is good but what ruined the experience was the employees. Every person working in there acted like they just got sentenced to life in prison. No eye contact no smiles no hi how are you. We were going to eat in but we got the feeling like they didn't even want us in the place and acted like they hated being there like they were made to be there doing community service. It was really weird. Had to ask for a side of sauce 3 times and acted mad because we had to keep asking because they didn't give us any. I've never seen such unhappy and unwilling to answer a question people in my life. It's to bad because we took the food home because we really didn't want to be in there and the food was good but we will never set foot in there again because of the way not just us but other people in there were treated. I mean you have a job you're getting paid act like you want to be there and put on a smile for god sake. I'm actually mad at myself for giving them a $10.00 tip because they definitely didn't deserve it. They all seemed mad that we had the nerve to ask a question and even put an order in. Very weird and bazaar behavior. Not one smile from one employee or attempt at being nice by offering help. If they had a manager in there I blame him for letting his employees act like that. Absolutely the worst. Read about this new location in our local magazine. Went in line to have something delivered. It said the restaurant prefers to deliver through them instead of uber eats or door dash. I ordered they asked for address tipped the driver then come to find out it was for pick up. When I called the girl did not even understand after 3 conversations she said its for pick. I told her I was unable to get there no vehicle and raining. She said I should cancel order. Went online no where to cancel called her back she finally cancelled but no refund 3 days later. So I had no food im a senior citizen so m out the money including a tip to a PHANTOM driver. I've called everyday and the manager is never in. I will necervever go there or order again from this HORRIBLE PLACE!!! read more

Wow! Amazing! We ordered Crispy Stack Wrap (chicken), Birra tacos, and Steak burrito (no rice, double steak) and cheese dip. LOTS of food but first time so we wanted to try different things. Cheese dip should get a pass. Too floury with not enough flavor. Definitely pass unless you have to have cheese dip with Mexican. Crispy Stack Wrap was big with lots of filling, but probably better eaten not delivery. Not crispy, but still exceptional in taste. Burrito was saved for the following night and heated up well. Again, great! Birra Tacos was second to none! Filled with a large portion of meat, not greasy AT ALL and the dipping sauce was equally as good! Like they say, " BEST Mexican in Pompano" and it's no joke! Maybe one day, they will get a license and serve beer ( draft please) then a trip to the restaurant will be on the list!
