Chicken shawarma platter with Veggies and Greek salad.

celebrated my birthday at Mini Pita and it was such a special experience! Ace was an amazing server -- so kind and attentive -- and the owner personally came over with a piece of baklava and a hug. That simple, thoughtful gesture made my birthday truly unforgettable. The chicken shawarma platter is hands down my favorite. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and tender, the Greek salad is fresh and flavorful, and everything tastes homemade with love. And the baklava? The kind dreams are made of -- flaky, sweet, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. I love the warm, welcoming vibe every time I go. If you're looking for incredible Mediterranean food and genuine hospitality, Mini Pita is the place. Highly recommend!

Chicken Shawarma with rice, beef left excellent.

Found this new restaurant, it's not really new but it's new to me. I really enjoyed it. My server Nadine was very helpful and very nice. I had the lunch special with pita and chicken Shawarma and the rice pilaf delicious I had a wonderful dessert it's kind of like a cheesecake but different. I enjoyed it. All food was excellent. Only problem is the location. You really have to go around the corner into the Publix garage and use the walkthrough from the garage.

Every time i come here, it gets even better. Loveee this place, love everyone who works here. I can never pick what I want to eat, sometimes nothing sounds good, but this place ALWAYS sounds good, and always is.

Delicious food. Great service. Relaxing vibe. Tried something new and very refreshing: rose water in hibiscus tea. The gyro platter was so tasty. Enjoyed every morsel. Hearty portions. Large outside covered seating area. Inside has standard table seating and cushioned couch/bench seating. Located in the Publix plaza, free parking is always a bonus in my book. Extended operating hours are convenient. Note: A credit card surcharge of 2.81% was added after given the initial tab.

The food and service was great; stopped by after getting a haircut at Great Clips. Ambiance was nice with tables outside

This is one of their combo appetizers- Fava Beans, Egyptian Musaka & Kebah. So delicious- sorry we ate some before pic was taken.

It was very quiet when we first arrived & I noticed the tv's playing Egyptian Videos & really enjoyed the music. This place is decorated with beautiful paintings & artwork from the Mediterranean. The ambiance is very welcoming. My hubby ordered dessert- Galaktoboureko- hot & fresh!!! The service was great & we enjoyed everything we ate. My birthday is in a couple of weeks. Definitely coming to celebrate here with the belly dancing show!!!

NEW FAMILY FAVORITE ALERT…read more My family and I love Mediterranean cuisine and this restaurant is officially a go-to. We started with several appetizers including spinach pies, falafel, and the Hommous sampler. The falafel was crisp and packed with flavor! I can't recommend the toum (garlic dip) enough. I would put this spread on anything! Another standout that we were all pleasantly surprised was their fries! These are the crispiest, most delicious side dish. Don't skip them. For dinner we had their moussaka and shish combo. The lamb, chicken, and kabobs were perfectly cooked- so flavorful and juicy! For dessert we had their bread pudding and Dubai chocolate brownie that came recommended from our waitress. Definitely enough to share and very decadent. Lastly, I want to compliment the service. Our drinks were always full, food came out altogether, and they took the time to explain various dishes and how they differ from the typical Mediterranean dishes. Our waitress was an absolute delight!

We were seated promptly for lunch , and we were a group of 6. We asked for water and looked at the…read moremenu. Several people said how good it was when they ate their last, , but had been a year or so since they had been there. Service was sporadic but they were all pleasant. The lentil soup was liked by one person and the other said it was the blandest soup she'd ever had. She put salt and finally the garlic sauce in the soup to declare it edible. She asked the server if it had changed and he said no, it was the same. We all got the chicken breast shish kabob lunch, and one got the sandwich. For me, the chicken was flavorful but a bit overcooked. I would suggest using boneless thighs or smaller piece of breast on lower heat. The rice has almonds in it but completely bland with no flavor. However what was the worst - the grilled vegetables were BURNT- see picture. The pepper were charred, squash dissolving from overcooking. It tasted like eating a piece of charcoal. There are way too many Mediterranean type restaurants in the area to have bad food - or frankly even try them again. I would not go back.

The place was beautifully well designed and the music just brought the vibes. We were greeted immediately by a staff, Miriam. She was very friendly and so informative about the menu. Right when we were sat down another staff came and offered us couple of options of bottled water. The restaurant house bread which was toasted pita with an olive dip was delicious. My son and I had an espresso martini. Best we've ever had and the presentation was beautiful. Miriam gave us suggestions of what were popular and what were her favorites. We went with a couple dishes. Started with the shrimp dish that looked to be cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. It came with a side of pita/naan bread. Both came to the table very hot. The way I like my food. Btw. It was DELISH!!!! Then we had a single order of the mixed grilled. Everything on that platter was so flavorful. I'm usually not a fan of chicken breast but this one had so much flavor and still a bit moist. The filet was so tender and again flavorful. The ground meat stick was very moist and had the perfect amount of seasoning. We ate everything. Really wish we ordered the meal for two. We ended our dinner with their kaniff cheese dessert with a side of pistachios ice cream. The dessert came on a hot plate. It looked dipped in breadcrumbs and fried in butter. Then drizzled with honey and topped with lots of pistachios. It was perfect way to end our dinner. It wasn't too sweet and the pistachios ice cream tasted homemade. Both were so good. Everything Miriam suggested was a hit. My son and I had a great time. We will be back on Friday and bring the rest of our family to try the food and watch the belly dancing show. Recommended by our hotel staff and right across the street, we placed a To Go order... This lil joint was simply some of the best short order Mediterranean food we've had in the States. It's a quaint little restaurant (located in a strip mall and maybe seats 25 people), friendly staff and definitely family owned, and the food is nothing short of authentic... MP has a little of everything from Middle Eastern to Greek fare (they're a little more Greek heavy), but the menu offers a great variety to choose from. The portions are enormous, hence why I said there's nothing "mini" about the restaurant and it's very well priced... $50 for dinner, 2 people. The next time we're in FLL to head out on another cruise, we'll definitely stop by again... We love supporting local and this lil place is awesome.
