Fajitas para Dos / Fajitas for Two

I came to eat really quick with my boyfriend and let me tell you this place is amazing. The food is delicious like homemade good. Also they brought us chips & salsa as soon as we sat & refilled them without us even asking. They were fast and super nice I 100% recommend this place

Chicken Burrito Amigo / Amigo Burrito

BEST SERVICE AND FOOD!!! If you want good Mexican food, this is the place. You'll have a lovely time and have great food. The food was amazing, we got the birria tacos and the chicken burrito- both looked and tasted great. Photos don't do it justice. The salsa and guacamole was also really good. The service was amazing, the owner is so nice and really cares about the service being provided. He was so attentive and made sure we got everything we needed! We will 100% be back and can't wait to eat here again!

Very clean and excellent service. Bill was $78 and we had 2 margaritas, queso dip, shrimp Fajitas and a burrito macho. Chips and salsa: Salsa was best I've had at any place. I brought most of my meal home because the salsa was so so good! I want to buy it by the gallon!! Margaritas: got the house margarita for $10.95..... it was ok. Not too sweet which I like but not great. It was just ok. Queso Cheese: excellent Shrimp Fajitas: so so good but so hot! By time they cooled off enough to eat I filled up on chips and salsa. The seasoning was perfect and I loved the veggies that came with it (mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, squash, onion). The shrimp were a great size but I struggled taking the tail off for some reason. The rice and beans were not great, not a ton of flavor! Burrito Macho: with ground beef. Husband enjoyed it. Gave it 4/5 but ate the whole thing. Said something was "sweet" he couldn't put his finger on. I would go back as it was very good. Not excellent but very good! Because the salsa is so good I would try anything on their menu to find my fav dish.

Dos Amigos delightful dining room.

Dos Amigos Mexican Restaurant true local gem. Visited last night ordered Carne Asada Y Mas. Excellent presentation (shown in picture) Great flavors thru out the dish. During our dinner the chef came by to check on the meal. Appeared with perfect timing. It was quite nice but restaurant could use some more business. Excellent taste and reasonably priced you should give it a try. Federal Hwy near Brandys shoes just south of 14th Street causeway.Pompano Beach.

Nice Mexican restaurant in strip mall on Route 1 . Owner was conscientious in serving us. Has a lunch menu . Had a nice margarita and steak fajitas . Shared our dessert of fried ice cream .

Excellent service with a smile, but it went downhill from there. We were immediately greeted by a middle-aged woman (possibly the owner) who sat us at a table and took our drink order. She was pleasant and explained the dishes and answered my questions. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito macho which is served with rice and beans inside (I asked only for rice in my burrito). We also ordered a chicken dinner with rice and beans which came with three four tortillas. Although the burrito looked good, it sure didn't taste good. The rice had a chemical taste to it that I struggle to describe. The shredded chicken was dry, overcooked, making it difficult to chew. The sauce that was poured over the burrito was oily and harsh tasting. As for the chicken dinner dish, let's just say that the beans were so runny that we should have ran out the door with them. The chips and salsa were the only thing we enjoyed beside the 5 star service.

Watered down margaritas with a very small salsa!

I was not impressed with the food at all. The salsa was good and the service was good but very slow, the margaritas were good.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The environment is fun, and there are plenty of clever artifacts and photos to engage the eye. On to the food... we ordered the Southwest bowl and the lox bagel. As you can see from the pictures, the portions are sizable and the value for this area was decent. I think the total bill was around $30 for two entrées, a tea, and tip. The bowl has beans, tomatoes, avocado, potatoes, eggs, and cheese. It comes with a Mexican sauce and sour cream. We used a little of the sauce, as we found the dish a bit bland. Both eggs and black beans needed a little salt to enhance their flavors. While it was good, it was very soupy. The beans were not drained well, which I'm guessing--combined with the tomatoes--caused it. The lox bagel was beautiful but very hard to eat. The owners might want to consider dicing the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, as there's no way to eat this without deconstructing it. The salmon was good quality. Next time, I'd get a seasoned bagel instead of plain--it would probably be epic on an everything bagel. There are many other options for breakfast or lunch, and we would probably come back to try something different.

This was my first time at Pollo Campero. I've heard nothing but good things about this place…read more Pollo Campero originated in Guatemala in 1971. This started out as a family run business. The staff here at Pollo Campero are very nice especially Marisela. She was so very friendly and when my food order was ready she walked it over to us. This restaurant was neat and clean and they have a good amount of tables if you want to eat in. I placed my order for takeout only. A customer who had eaten here 19 times told me to order their Fried Chicken.Everything is made fresh. Based on his recommendation I did. I placed my order for 3- 3 Piece Meals that consisted of a Breast, Thigh, and Wing. It came with a choice of a side. I chose 2 of their Campero Rice side, and 1 of their Baked Beans side. I also ordered an order of Chicken Nuggets, a side of Coleslaw, Yuca, and Sweet Plantains. I thought the sides could've been bigger, I'm used to bigger sides, and you definitely need to get multiple sauces for dipping the chicken, and Yuca. The Yuca was very a bit plain and needed a dipping sauce. I'm used to a garlic dipping sauce. They also sell Roasted Chicken, Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Empanadas, and at some locations a Campero Bowl. If you order a 4 piece meal you can order 1/2 Fried Chicken, and 1/2 Roasted Chicken, or you can order just Fried or Roasted Chicken. The Fried Chicken was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a crispy exterior, and the inside was very juicy and good. Even the Chicken Nuggets I tasted were delicious. They were all White Meat and some of the best i've tried. ( I highly recommend along with the Fried Chicken.) FYI make sure you ask for dipping sauces, It wasn't offered and I didn't know to ask. One isn't enough. My bf got their Campero Sauce, and their Ranch Sauce, both were good. If you have kids order their Chicken Nuggets and Fries. For Drinks they sell Horchata, Mango, and Jamaican along with Soda and Bottled Water. Pollo Campero has plenty of free parking. There are a few Handicapped Parking spaces and this place is wheelchair accessible. I want to try their Roasted Chicken and their Chicken Empanadas, and of course their Fried Chicken Sandwich. What I especially love is that they partner with Saint Jude's Children's Hospital. They are very community oriented. Pollo Campero also does Catering. I will definitely be returning
