He is one of the most competent and kind providers I have encountered. I am a physician and wish I could have all my patients with neck and back issues go see him. He takes a comprehensive approach to treating which includes physical therapy and myofascial elements. There are many other wonderful providers who offer dry needling and sports massage. I have had a bad experience with Dr. Ray for the treatment I received for my car accident. He…read moreovercharged my insurance company for my appointments without ever providing me any statement or receipts for the treatment sessions for over 2 years, after which he claimed that I owed him more money, even though he had already received over triple the amount of what my treatment was going to cost - according to himself! At the start of my treatment, he had said that $2K would cover my treatment, then he found out that my insurance would cover up to $5K - which he charged them and got paid for. Then he claimed that I still owed him over $1,700. All in all, he got paid $6,800 for the same treatment that he had quoted me for $2K. He made me pay for my initial visit, and later I found out that he had charged my insurance for the same exact first visit. When I asked him about it, he agreed that he would reimburse me for that visit. However, to this day, with many back-and-forth emails, I have not received any payment. He just uses different excuses and plays games to avoid paying what he himself had agreed to. I do not trust Dr. Ray any longer. I will no longer get treatments from him nor will I refer anyone to him.

I expected more personalized, hands-on treatment for the price. I would recommend asking very detailed questions about what a typical visit includes before committing to a long-term plan. Find yourself a good chiropractor. If they're spending less than 15 minutes with you they are likely not helping your health in any meaningful way.

I've had many massages in the past but never had one like this before. I had the massage therapist named Veronica and did not enjoy my massage at all. The room was very hot as well as the massage table which made me uncomfortably hot. My massage therapist did not seem experienced and used her elbows the majority of the time which was very uncomfortable and hurt a lot. This was not a relaxing massage but a painful one. I tend to like deep tissue massage to get rid of my knots but this therapist didn't seem to know how to perform. I was hesitant to end the massage early but wanted to push through to get my moneys worth which I should have just ended early on. This has been one of the worst massages I have received and left without feeling relaxed and felt like I was more tense afterwards. I would not recommend coming here for a massage and would look elsewhere. I can't speak on their chiropractic services but would be willing to give it a try as it's a nice and clean environment.

I had been on the "five year" plan with another Dr. He was more invested in the next patient, did…read morenot have a"roller table". Thought I'd give Gov Park " a go. They were with Medicare. Made the appointment with Dr. "M". The Harlan building is noisy, close to the road, bright and does not give a warm or relaxing feeling. Dr. "M" is a powerful person. Dr's can't "see" the spine/neck correctly without an Xray!! On the second visit, laid on the "roller table", Dr. "M" pushed on my back...thought I was going to have a broken rib or at least vomit in my mouth. WAY too hard for a seventy year old man. Then progressed to give my head a sharp twist. Fortunately my neck muscle were so tight they protected my neck. Basically the "vanilla" adjustments. Brutal and unnecessary force. Two red flags! I did have neck pain for a few days, they said that was "normal" HA. (CYA) I cancelled any future appts. Interested how much Medicare was charged. I was in search for a high quality, experienced, caring Dr., this took three months of searching. Do you know where your Dr.'s degree is from ?? I do. SINCE then I have an awesome Dr. First we have a consultation, then she requires an Xray! Makes sense. On the next visit, after reviewing the X-ray and write up from the Xray Dr. we talk about my med history, which is quite extensive. My awesome current Chiro Dr. said I should NEVER EVER have my head twisted like Dr. "M" did, otherwise severe injury and or further damage or paralysis could very possibly happen as C5-6 has been fused,etc. I do not know why any Chiro Dr. would lay a hand on anybody without a Xray !!!! The risk is too great. As well as their adjustment would be a "guess", with minimal success. If someone cannot spend $100 or so for an Xray then you do not understand the risks of Chiro adjustments and do not want optimum, professional, complete, safe and progressive care. Otherwise the 5 year plan. Believe me I was fortunately saved from possibly further neck/spine damage as my neck muscles were "locked" and prevented any further damage! Everyone should invest in an Xray annually ! I would avoid this location. PS
