Her business is very close to my house and she had a 30 minute session available. She recommended trigger point therapy. I had a membership for years at another place but I can say without a doubt she is by far the best! She was able to get the knots out and it didn't hurt at all. She knew exactly what I needed and 30 minutes later...the pain was gone. Don't waste your money at Massage Envy. Go here and feel brand new. Thank you.

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon here as part of my Christmas present. It took 2-3 weeks for…read moresomeone to get back to my emails/phone calls. After finding out the only one massage therapist accepted Groupon and that she doesn't work on the one day off, we attempted to get a refund through Groupon (this happened over the course of several months). Awhile later, Groupon informed us that they had contacted the therapists and were told that two therapists were now accepting groupons! I'm finally able to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it very last minute due to my boyfriend needing emergency surgery. I provided proof including date and time of the surgery to demonstrate that it actually happened. I blocked out all of the person info. Several weeks go by after I sent this email and numerous voice mails. I finally hear back from Jennifer saying the evidence wasn't sufficient, I should have reached out earlier while the emergency was going on. Then she tells me that they've had issues with me in the past and will not be accepting me as a client. Which, the issue was that they only had one therapist accepting Groupons... apparently I caused a problem by not making an appointment due to scheduling incapatabilities. She also was very upset that we had contacted Groupon and complained about not being able to reach her. She then asked me never to contact them again. Not once has she answered a phone call or voicemail. I have been trying to talk to her for the past two weeks, and she will only communicate via email. And that takes several weeks. I have never had a place treat me so poorly and will be going out of my way to make sure my friends and family don't visit this awful place.

I had never heard of Mani Celesti and purchased a Living Social deal for an awesome price…read more I was able to make an appointment with Heather via email and received confirmation pretty quickly. I made my appointment at least a month in advance, so there was no problem being able to fit into the schedule, which was a relief. I also opted to add hot stone to the massage for an additional $15. Coming from the tech center, I did not allow enough drive time and subsequently, I was late for my appointment. I called Heather to let her know that I was en route and she advised that whatever time I had left once I arrived would be what I had available for my appointment. Although I was a bit disappointed, it was also my fault that I was late. Once I arrived, I found Heather outside waiting for me, as the location was a little hidden as the evening got dark. I hurried inside and was greeted with very relaxing music and a candlelit room. Heather led me inside and instructed me to get undressed and lay on the table and she would be back in a couple of minutes. I hurriedly got ready for the last 25-30 minutes of my massage. The hot stone massage was fabulous and utterly relaxing. Heather checked to make sure that the pressure/temperature was to my liking throughout our time together and I was most appreciative. She also gave me an extra 10 minutes of her time, which was not required, but also made me happy. I have already made an appointment to see her again. Definitely a great experience and Heather is an experienced massage therapy. The practice at Mani Celesti seems to be oriented towards prenatal massage and infant massage, which is fine, but not what I need. I enjoyed my massage thoroughly. Thanks to Heather and LivingSocial for making me aware of a great business.

I've seen Samantha twice now. She has given me the best ashiatsu massage sessions I've ever had,…read morehands down. I've done 1.5 hour massage sessions with ashiatsu that included the back walking and other modalities, plus reflexology, foot scrub and/or energy healing - about a 2 hour session. The control and focus that she has while doing the ashiatsu is amazing - she can focus with her feet as well as anyone can with a hand/fingers, with the additional weight/pressure. If you want a longer session, she's a little hard to book spontaneously, and her schedule is a little limited with no weekends and no Wednesdays. That said... I highly recommend giving her a try! I've booked some advance appointments now to lock in a time that works for me, and will be a regular.
