I walked in was able to be seen shortly. I got the $80= 90 minutes combo massage (45 mins foot massage and 45 minutes body). Sandy/Cindy (I didn't hear her name well) brought me into a room which had both the foot massage bed and the normal traditional massage bed. I was told to undress and sit in the foot massage chair. (This is a private room). I had a towel on top of me when she was doing the foot massage, was different for me because foot massages your clothes are on. I actually preferred it because she was able to massage my thighs well. The foot massage included a head massage and wow. Cindy did her thing. I'm a sucker for head massages and the face massage was great too. After she was done with the foot massage she moved to the table. All in all, the massage was amazing. I get massages regularly and usually go to Asian massage parlors. You never know if it's going to be a good therapist or bad one. If I lived closer, gosh, I would be here all the time lol. Idk how the other therapists work but Cindy did a wonderful job. Tru reflexology. A lot of places say it's reflexology but they're not. It's also another $3 to use a credit card, so bring cash if you have it handy. The parking lot was jam-packed thanks to the wing place around the corner, and the room had a very slight cigarette smoke smell (I don't think it was from my therapist)...but my only true complaint is that the room was quite chilly while I was there, and they only used a thin sheet to cover me up. I was shivering a bit during the last 10 minutes or so. Other than that, Relieve deserves some love here on Yelp.

The pain extended to my legs as well. I had been working with a chiropractor for 8 months and I wasn't getting better. I was in chronic pain and was unable to engage in the activities I had enjoyed before the car accident. I felt pretty hopeless before working with Kitty. After my first session with Kitty, my neck pain went away for the first time in months! Kitty took the time to listen to me and really understand my unique injuries. She truly cares about her clients and I always feel better after seeing her. She is skilled, thorough, and will try different modalities to better serve her clients. She even let me borrow one of her textbooks so we could further identify the exact facial tissue associated with my injuries and better target our treatment plan. While I'm not fully healed yet - I'm seen progress and results in working with Kitty. I feel hopeful again and trust that it's not a question of if I'll heal, but rather when I'll heal. On the personal front- Kitty is a person of integrity and character. She does what she says she will and is incredibly caring. I'm a type 1 diabetic and had a low blood sugar after one of my sessions. Not only did she stay with me to make sure I was better, but she offered me sugar to feel better. We are slowly walking into a post COVID world and Renew Massage completely lived up to its name. Specifically, Renew Massage was embodied by a wonderful masseuse named Tammy. She's a wonderful human as well. The front desk staff I interacted with were wonderful as well. The space is very comfortable and inviting. I arrived early and had 10-15 minutes to spend. The space is very calming and the vibe is mellow. This massage was all the things - pressure was a conversation we had, pain points noted, areas I didn't know were pain points were discovered, but not in an "oh hell" kinda way. I didn't specify a deep tissue massage and I'd imagine Tammy would not have classified it as such, but it was incredibly functional for me - it wasn't relaxing at all times, but a mixture. My body needed some smoothing out and Tammy delivered. I left feeling more relaxed and loose than I've felt in a long while. I will be booking repeat massages, as this massage was so nice. The room was calming. The check in and check out process was efficient without being too fast. The warm face towel at the end was brilliant - this massage was all the things.
