She was very detailed on the areas where I needed it the most and the added bonus of the hot stones was so delicious! As a massage therapist myself, I definitely would recommend Sam. She is caring, knowledgeable and very compassionate. I also had a injured toe and she made sure to not touch it or bump it throughout the whole session. I so appreciate that, because I can be very sensitive when I'm injured, but Sam made me feel super safe. I loooooved my massage. Thank you Sam!!!!!

I've done 1.5 hour massage sessions with ashiatsu that included the back walking and other modalities, plus reflexology, foot scrub and/or energy healing - about a 2 hour session. The control and focus that she has while doing the ashiatsu is amazing - she can focus with her feet as well as anyone can with a hand/fingers, with the additional weight/pressure. If you want a longer session, she's a little hard to book spontaneously, and her schedule is a little limited with no weekends and no Wednesdays. That said... I highly recommend giving her a try! I've booked some advance appointments now to lock in a time that works for me, and will be a regular.

I first scheduled an appointment with her when my right lower back was killing me out of nowhere one day, and I walked out of our session almost totally pain free. The muscle continued to release over the next day and I felt completely better. The calf issue is more serious and my sessions with Monica have been a great complement to my physical therapy sessions. She has also given me advice on stretches and exercises I can do at home to mitigate various points of pain and tension. She clearly knows what she's doing and I'll be back for more sessions!

I've only ever had one other ashiatsu massage in Portland and Meg blew that lady out of the water, I LOVE HER! She really got deep in my muscles and you can tell she knows what she's doing. I love love looooooved the part where she wrapped my head in a towel and pulled on it while using her feet to work my neck muscles. I had never heard of Mani Celesti and purchased a Living Social deal for an awesome price…read more I was able to make an appointment with Heather via email and received confirmation pretty quickly. I made my appointment at least a month in advance, so there was no problem being able to fit into the schedule, which was a relief. I also opted to add hot stone to the massage for an additional $15. Coming from the tech center, I did not allow enough drive time and subsequently, I was late for my appointment. I called Heather to let her know that I was en route and she advised that whatever time I had left once I arrived would be what I had available for my appointment. Although I was a bit disappointed, it was also my fault that I was late. Once I arrived, I found Heather outside waiting for me, as the location was a little hidden as the evening got dark. I hurried inside and was greeted with very relaxing music and a candlelit room. Heather led me inside and instructed me to get undressed and lay on the table and she would be back in a couple of minutes. I hurriedly got ready for the last 25-30 minutes of my massage. The hot stone massage was fabulous and utterly relaxing. Heather checked to make sure that the pressure/temperature was to my liking throughout our time together and I was most appreciative. She also gave me an extra 10 minutes of her time, which was not required, but also made me happy. I have already made an appointment to see her again. Definitely a great experience and Heather is an experienced massage therapy. The practice at Mani Celesti seems to be oriented towards prenatal massage and infant massage, which is fine, but not what I need. I enjoyed my massage thoroughly. Thanks to Heather and LivingSocial for making me aware of a great business.

Massage Review for Gail Clare Susie Organic Spa Cherry Creek…read moreNorth I met Gail Clare when she did a reflexology massage on my feet during a facial treatment I was having because she happened to have a 30 minute break in between clients and came and did this for me. That was clever advertising and I am drawn to smart people. After my treatment I scheduled an hour massage with Gail and after that I bought a package of one and a half hour massages because an hour is not enough. The spa where she works is in a great location and has parking and the parking is free. Gail has a great calm energy and when you have someone do body work on you that is important. I was also given the choice of a massage oil, lotion or a plant-based oil for a small upcharge. I'm happy that I have prioritized massage in my life, it has helped me lose weight, heal injuries and stay in alignment. I highly recommend Gail as a massage therapist.
