The ambiance was alright when walking in, they asked how hard you want the massage and what areas to target and then they bring you to a room to undress either with your partner or on your own. I did notice my sheets were a bit dirty but looked passed it. The massage was average. I didn't hate it but didn't love it- the couples massage includes hot rock treatment to ir which was nice. The reason why I'm scoring low is that at the moment of checkout they are so pushy for a tip. I told them how much I wanted to tip and they kept switching the number on me and not hearing me out u til my partner said yes to the number they wanted. Overall I would look somewhere that's a bit more hygienic and professional when listening to their customers

Clean, well decorated, and staffed with a friendly team, i booked a 60 minute massage with sunny. She is fantastical, magical... no less than a miracle worker for a very reasonable price. Worth ALL my pennies, I will return for a 90 minute deep tissue since 60 never feels like enough. Go to here. You won't regret it.

Don't. Just don't. -…read moreI arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, but the manager lady made me wait 15 minutes past my time. Then it took another 5 for it to start. Therapist did not adjust the end time. So my 1 hour massage was actually just 40 minutes. -It was hard to communicate with my therapist. It seems she knows no English at all. She parroted common phrases without understanding responses. During the massage, my attempts to communicate were useless. She just plowed through a rough and frantic massage. - She added a four dollar charge without telling me. When I questioned this she brought out a small sign about credit card processing charges. Why was this sign hidden? It should be displayed and brought up before the massage. -Lots of drama about wanting a bigger tip. Why was she so upset? Do these people not know that a bad massage means a low tip or no tip at all? - There was a car parked in front of the door RIGHT ON THE SIDEWALK. Is this legal? Who is the ignorant, entitled owner of this car? Methinks it belongs to the massage place's owner who doesn't know what a parking lot is.

I was so excited to rent a room from Cassondra for my massage business in December of 2022…read more I went in to look at the room, She had it furnished and everything looked decent. When I started moving in the room had been cleared of all the furnished things and there were stains on the carpet and realized I'd have to put an area rug over that. The floor was also uneven and squeaky in places. I also noticed the walls had scratches and holes in places, but most importantly the door to the room had no lock and it did NOT latch all the way when the door was closed. I brought these concerns to Cassondras attention and she said the door would get fixed if I brought in a locking doorknob so I did. Then she told me the one I gave her didn't fit and instead put a different locking knob on there. The new locking knob ALSO did not latch completely and that problem stayed a problem until I moved out early December 2, 2023. Throughout the year, Cassondra also changed the main door key code without letting me know which was an interference to my business and livelihood; I would also find my creams and lotion being used, (and then refilled with inferior product), and my massage equipment would be moved around or taken apart. One day I even found a used black latex glove in the middle of my room and when I asked her, Cassondra claims she was "cleaning" my room. Why? I rent the room so I clean it and when I clean I don't leave garbage behind. Then after I moved out, Cassondra has the audacity to try to charge me $50 for the stains in the rug that have been there for years, and tried to act like it was my fault. This is by far the WORST room rental I have ever seen in my life. The room is small and hot, the floors are stained, creaky and uneven. I did not appreciate the treatment I received while renting from Cassondra and after and I would NOT recommend renting from her.

Stephanie was amazing, she found the areas I needed extra focus on immediately, as well as places I didn't know I needed work on. The aromatherapy was soothing, music was perfect and the tea at the end was a pleasant surprise. I will be back. Update: I'm changing this to a 3 star since it appears the issue is really with Massage Advantage and not Bodhi/Stephanie who actually did reach out to me on the 11th via text message which somehow I never got, but she had a screenshot of...strange! Maybe it's my carrier or maybe it's their software, regardless, she did the right thing by contacting Massage Advantage to get back to me on this issue and give me a refund. I recommend going directly with Bodhi rather than Groupon or Massage Advantage, their lack of customer service is not worth the time wasted for the discounts offered through these 3rd party sites...this is how they really get you! Lesson learned! Per the email confirmation I received on the 10th, all of my contact info entered into massage advantage system are accurate, I still have not received any response via emails nor voicemails to date from anyone but have since left several to the numbers I found on the website and email confirmation.

However, the problem (which is circled) says it was redeemed on June 7th 2021. I also understand that on your end it says I can still book an appointment. However, what I'm hoping you will understand is that you never returned my call or email to let me know what you see. There was no effort to explain to me what was going on until I posted to Yelp. If there was no communication, how was I to know what my options were? Update: after Stephanie's response, I still find myself wishing this problem could have been solved when I contacted the business directly. Stephanie claims that she doesn't know what I'm talking about, but if she reviewed my prior email, she would have seen the problem I noticed on my end. Image is now attached to this review. I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. I didn't use it for a while, but it didn't expire until 8-13-21. In July I went to claim my Groupon, but it said I already booked and had my massage session (I never did). On 7/27 I emailed the studio m asking about the issue (included a screenshot as well) and never heard back. Then, on 8/3 I called and left a voicemail and again never heard back. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the fact that I lost my money.
