It's beautiful and well maintained, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The pool was so nice, as were the screened in patios and balconies, and the plush robes were definitely appreciated. The condo was impeccably clean and elegant, it felt like being at home. One thing that I wish I'd known when booking: the condos are not on the Club grounds, they are down the road about half a mile. I didn't rent a car because on the website it looked as though the condos were part of the entire resort. Once I got there I realized it was separate and there are no options for food, etc or getting to the Club other than driving. My own fault for not renting a car, but I wanted to make sure others were aware. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again, think I would make sure to text a car!

We arrived to the quiet property, adjacent the gorgeous Bella Collina Country Club. Bella has long been one of our favorite destinations locally for golf and spa and especially our day dates, so when we heard a new option was available to stay on property we were very excited. We brought our kids along on the adventure. Our accommodations were luxurious and every detail was thoughtfully our together. We had a very roomy and comfortable condo unit, television in every room with cable and Apple TV access, as well as 3 full bathrooms. It was very convenient for a larger family or group getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking and we used them all weekend. I loved that each unit had a view of the lake and pool area. We went down on the first night and enjoyed the pool. We had no idea we would have a front row seat to the Disney fireworks, directly from our pool view. It was awesome. The kids enjoyed the nature. The property sits on a private lake and we got up early to watch the sunrise from our balcony each morning. It was spectacular. The facilities also included a gorgeous workout and fitness center. We were also very close to restaurants and shops, as well as close to Disney properties and theme parks. My husband and son folded and I enjoyed the spa. We ate at the restaurant at Bella Collina called the 19th Hole and it was delicious! The chef has amazing menu items for every palette. Everything was so fresh and the ambiance in the restaurant was so relaxed and comfortable. We literally felt like we were whisked away, out of Florida throughout our 2 day staycation. We highly recommend this property for family getaways, guys golf getaways, girls' weekend of pampering, couple's weekend or even family reunions or to provide a nice place to stay for parties and event guests at Bella Collina. We attend the New Year's eve celebrations at Bella annually, and now we are excited to be able to book a room and make it a night after the festivities end. We love it and will definitely be back!

The decor and creative themeing of this house is incredible, not a single detail missed! I asked my kids what their favorite things about the house were and these were their responses: -the go fish pool, lazy river, and slide -the lazer maze bedroom -the video game arcade -paddle boats and canoes -human bowling -jumanji theater room The parents all loved that the kids were safe, having a great time, and contained in the huge home. We all had fun playing family feud, wheel of fortune, and other game shows. The hammocks out front were also a nice, relaxing touch! It's so quiet and peaceful...it was nice to be on our own privately gated 10 acres! The owner of the home was very helpful and quick to answer their texts when we had questions. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to get your vacation started, an extremely clean! We ordered in pizza because no one wanted to leave the estate! I don't know how we will every be able to stay at another hotel again!! We set the bar pretty high with this amazing destination!

We had a wonderful time, and Alyssa was very helpful and getting us squared away. The pool and the slide were the highlight for all our little kids and adults as well. The reason for the three star is because the website as well as the book left on the table for us had let us to believe that there were buzzer games like family feud, and they were not working. And the laser tag room was not working, which was something that our boys were super interested in. but Alyssa did find the fog for us and we were able to get that running. The part of the entire trip that caused us. The most concerning was when my one-year-old grandson grabbed a joint out of the windowsill. that could have been very bad, but his mother was able to get it prior to him, putting it in his mouth. The cleaning crew are not very efficient. The grill still had food on it from previous visitors so we spent the first evening cleaning the resort. We got cigarette butts out of the door jams as well as off the back porch and checked every just in case. We did have a great time. Don't get me wrong, but I think that you may need a better cleaning crew. So that no one else experiences these things. The concept that you guys have here with the games is a lot of fun. And I don't want to discourage anyone from going to your resort because it is a blast. I would just like to suggest a better cleaning crew.

We had such a wonderful stay here…read more We arrived late night and check in only took 5 minutes which was great. We were given a welcome package with room, WiFi, resort and nearby area info which was great. Our room was in the first floor in the corner which was awesome because we can be loud and no one can hear us. Entering the home, the pictures does no justice at all! The home is so spacious! Full kitchen with plates, cups and utensils, breakfast bar and a dining table. Living room with sofa bed, a master bedroom with it's own personal bathroom and balcony. The second room had 2 twin sized bed with entrance to the hallway bathroom. Washer, Dryer and the closets are equipped with clean towels for use. Loved the fact that the house had a private screened balcony with a table and chairs which faced the woods so no one was around. It truly makes a difference to have that privacy. The pool area was incredible. The pool has that "infinity" look to it with plenty of chairs and a Jacuzzi. Ironically, I had this tripped plan and injured my foot the week prior so the Jacuzzi actually helped a lot specially with my foot injury. We took advantage and went to the pool/Jacuzzi almost everyday of our stay. The couch does have to be updated. It's old and the sofa bed is uncomfortable and the couch itself is dirty. Besides that, everything else was wonderful for the price and also the location. The resort is close to everything. Will be coming back next time.

It was beautifully decorated. The only complaint was there was not enough places to store things. I feel that the Disney cruise ship room has more space to store personal belongings than the GF Studio. Being in a Lake view room, I could see the Epcot fireworks, and the electric water parade. I could sit at the balcony and just enjoy everything if I have the time. There is a free laundry room on the 4th floor. I was even offered free laundry detergent! It is about a 5 minute walk from the villa building to the bus stop or monorail station. I hope to be able to stay here again!

There was no Victoria and Alberts on our honeymoon but the property was so close to the Polynesian as well as arriving by monorail to the Magic Kingdom. The Grand Floridian, I've always stated is my personal favorite hotel which prompted us to initially purchase DVC. We've made so many family memories over the years in Disney, my son proposed marriage at The Boardwalk Hotel. 2022, I planned a nice anniversary for my wife, so I booked a stay at The Disney's Grand Floridian Resort Villas. There are no more front desk check ins, everything is now done on the Disney app. I checked into the hotel, opened my room with my phone and made lunch reservations by the time I walked out of the hotel lobby. Once we unpacked our personal items, it was time to explore. I want to point out, we stayed in The Riviera DVC resort in March. The skyline access into EPCOT was amazing. The lobby??? Yeah.. It's a little weak (Still in my top 3 Disney hotels) The GFV lobby is unmatched in terms of hotel lobbies. It is simply magnificent and you're greeted by a live piano playing during the day! At Christmastime, they have the famous Gingerbread House on display along with a freshly cut Christmas tree in the lobby. Sounds amazing right? Staying at the Villas, you'll see none of it. The Villas are a separate wing, when you walk into the DVC lobby, they're building a Penguin fountain for your visual pleasure. It's not the same but DVC is showing you some love with their pretty lobby. They are also building another section that is closer to the pool. The new concept are studios with Murphy beds, they created a larger studio for more people. During our stay, I used all of the Grand Floridian amenities. I booked a couples massage, afterwards we had lunch at the Grand Floridian Cafe, that night walked to the Polynesian to sip cocktails at Trader Sams while watching the fireworks and in the morning I walked over to Kona Island for a coffee press pot. It's a Grand Floridian way of life son! Are you feelin' me Yelper? Here are my top three DVC Disney hotels, I also have a Vero Beach contract, this is my Disney Property list: The Boardwalk (our First DVC Hotel) The Villas At Disney's Grand Floridian Resort The Riviera Animal Kingdom/Wilderness Lodge 4th Don't bother me with Saratoga or OKW! Bay Lake, Copper Creek are still on my list as I have never been. A 50 point Grand Floridian DVC add on is sounding really nice. I gotta work on my wife :D

The outside looks a little run down (broken and flapping sign, lack of attention to landscaping). The problems we experienced with our unit included: 1. Broken bathtub faucet. 2. Broken air conditioner. 3. Non-working outlets, making it impossible to use a computer in some locations in the unit. 4. No internet when we most needed it (it was down for a day). 5. Roaches (in two different units) You really don't want to be in Florida without air conditioning. When the AC broke, the maintenance man came up right away and diagnosed the problem. He said he could fix it but it had to be off overnight before he could do that. They moved us to a different unit for the night -- they would not consider moving us permanently, so we slept in the other unit and kept our stuff in the original unit and moved back the next day. It was very inconvenient. We saw a very large roach in the first unit just before the AC broke. For that reason I was glad to be going to a different unit. However, we saw another roach (a juvenile) in the second unit as soon as we got there. And they were bold roaches! Clearly, there had to be a serious infestation for us to be seeing them that quickly. Once we got our AC working, the internet went down for a day. At this point, we really didn't want to stay much longer. The bathtub faucet was fixed quickly, but we ended up not using it because of the time it took. The non-working outlets were never addressed. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We love the set up of the villa especially with it being for 4 adults - Me, my hubby, my mom, and dad! We didn't have to be stuck in one hotel room. We had perfect space where we didn't have to be on top of each other. We had a downstairs open living room, dining area, small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The couch even has a bed in it if one needs it. Upstairs is two bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with bath tub. One bedroom had two double beds and one bedroom has a king sized bed. The beds were very comfy, the sheets and comforter were cozy. Only thing was the pillows were very small. We had a view of the creek which was nice and nature-y! The pool was nice along with two small hot tubs which were not hot. They have a park and big grassy area for our dog to play. We were not able to walk the boardwalk and gazebo which looked really nice. At the end, customer service was weird because the person I called to extend my check out an hour didn't know we existed. He said it was because Booking.com and their system did not communicate. Also, I asked for two towels and they brought us two rolls of toilet paper. I was like What?! At least our receipt matched our quote from Booking.com. All in all, we loved our clean roomy villa and would recommend staying here.
