The kids couldnt get enough of the pool, gameroom and ball pit. The movie theatre is comfy. They also have zip lining, trampoline and fishing. Now one thing I must say..if u are a city girl like my self there is some wildlife that may scare the crap out of you and this place is in the middle of no where. Large outdoor pool, lazy river around the pool, life sized games on the grounds, hammocks out front, a theatre, laundry room, large kitchen for cooking etc. A friend and myself couldn't figure out how to get the remote to work for the theatre. If your bedroom is near the kitchen, and there's a large group visiting, be aware that all of the kitchen noise travels into those bedrooms Each bedroom has a gaming theme, which was fun to sleep in and play in. The kitchen table won't hold 45 people but there are other long tables outside by the pool and plenty of chairs

They are refusing to cancel, insisting it's safe to travel, and will not budge. As a registered nurse working this pandemic I cannot fathom how they are justifying this. The Governor of Florida just extended the stay at home order by two weeks, which includes the dates we will be there. These are uncertain, scary times. Companies that are trying to profit from the uncertainty and fear of the community should be ashamed of themselves. We have contacted the mayors office and local news channels and are awaiting a reply. To the owners/management of this company and others like it - be responsible business owners and do the right thing, help flatten the curve and slow the spread.

My booking was cancelled twice so I finally called and got a person. I then called 7 days out to cancel booking due to our granddaughters birth. The answering service picked up and said I needed to cancel via email because no manager was available on the weekend. So today I got a response from them stating they have a non refund policy. So there you are. I feel this is very deceptive amd un businesslike.

It's beautiful and well maintained, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The pool was so nice, as were the screened in patios and balconies, and the plush robes were definitely appreciated. The condo was impeccably clean and elegant, it felt like being at home. One thing that I wish I'd known when booking: the condos are not on the Club grounds, they are down the road about half a mile. I didn't rent a car because on the website it looked as though the condos were part of the entire resort. Once I got there I realized it was separate and there are no options for food, etc or getting to the Club other than driving. My own fault for not renting a car, but I wanted to make sure others were aware. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again, think I would make sure to text a car!

We arrived to the quiet property, adjacent the gorgeous Bella Collina Country Club. Bella has long been one of our favorite destinations locally for golf and spa and especially our day dates, so when we heard a new option was available to stay on property we were very excited. We brought our kids along on the adventure. Our accommodations were luxurious and every detail was thoughtfully our together. We had a very roomy and comfortable condo unit, television in every room with cable and Apple TV access, as well as 3 full bathrooms. It was very convenient for a larger family or group getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking and we used them all weekend. I loved that each unit had a view of the lake and pool area. We went down on the first night and enjoyed the pool. We had no idea we would have a front row seat to the Disney fireworks, directly from our pool view. It was awesome. The kids enjoyed the nature. The property sits on a private lake and we got up early to watch the sunrise from our balcony each morning. It was spectacular. The facilities also included a gorgeous workout and fitness center. We were also very close to restaurants and shops, as well as close to Disney properties and theme parks. My husband and son folded and I enjoyed the spa. We ate at the restaurant at Bella Collina called the 19th Hole and it was delicious! The chef has amazing menu items for every palette. Everything was so fresh and the ambiance in the restaurant was so relaxed and comfortable. We literally felt like we were whisked away, out of Florida throughout our 2 day staycation. We highly recommend this property for family getaways, guys golf getaways, girls' weekend of pampering, couple's weekend or even family reunions or to provide a nice place to stay for parties and event guests at Bella Collina. We attend the New Year's eve celebrations at Bella annually, and now we are excited to be able to book a room and make it a night after the festivities end. We love it and will definitely be back!
