My Kia Van was backed into in a parking lot. The driver's at fault insurance was Kempra. Although I was not happy with having to deal with Kempra due to so much negative review.I am pleased to say that Driver Colision of Doral was not at all a Negative experience. Service performed was faster than quoted and vehicle came out better than before. As they were courteous enough to take off minor scratches on door not associated with crash. Thank you Drivers Collision of Doral. read more

Ive taken my car here multiple times for different reasons and I am extremely happy every time. The owners personally check every car before it's delivered to insure the quality of everything and they offer a Lifetime Warranty on all their work. I wouldn't take my care anywhere else. read more

Heard great things about the shop and was recommended by a friend so we used them for our Porsche SUV when it was hit in the rear (they are also a Porsche factory trained and approved repair shop). They had the rental lined up for us immediately and when there were delays and pushback from the insurance adjustors, they handled everything! The car looks amazing, can't ever tell it was in an accident, they even buffed out a few unrelated scratches and matched the tinting exactly on the glass. Car came back in less time than initially expected and was fully detailed and washed looking better than it did when we bought it. One quick walk around the lot and shop and you'll see the level work they do there (Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Porsche and more!). Highly recommended if you care about your vehicle and you want it repaired to better then new! read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Doral Collision Center. My car was in their shop for 2 & 1/2 months, and I cannot express my frustration with how they handled my case. Not only did they charge the insurance for the days the car was there, but I also encountered a series of lies and deceit. On one occasion, I called to inquire about the progress of the repairs, and I was told that the parts had arrived. However, to my surprise, I found out that they hadn't even inspected them yet. This was just the beginning of a series of delays where I had to wait again for the missing parts. Throughout that time, my car remained outside, exposed to the sun and water, without any kind of protection. The most frustrating part was the owner's attitude towards me. They always gave us false hope and promises, only to leave us waiting and disappointed time and time again. In the end, when the repairs were finally completed, the owner displayed an extremely rude and unpleasant attitude. In summary, my experience at Doral Collision Center was terrible. The lack of professionalism, the delay in repairs, the constant lies, and the negative attitude of the owner made this process incredibly stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would suggest seeking more reliable and customer-respectful alternatives. read more

The best staff, service, and quality. Roly and Yami, along with the rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal and responsive throughout the entire process. My front bumper needed to be repaired and replaced, that's when I called & Doral Collision swiftly took car of everything I needed and they made the car look better than ever!! I crashed my vehicle on the passenger side result of another person driving cutting me off during the pandemic COVID 19. The bottom line is that Doral Collision process is technologically updated, where all my communication was done via telephone, but mostly through email. In which, creates validity and communication thread transparency. They work together merged to their own body shop company Exclusive Motoring Worldwide that makes the whole process smoother. Very nice location and has high quality standards only. They are operated by helpful and caring crew. The few I interacted with was Cristi, Kaylee, & Chris(that even gave me a tour of their HDQ), truly Thank you. read more

Accidents especially suck when it's even your fault. Thanks to Roly and the team at Doral Collision, I know that my car is well taken care of and will be ready in a timely manner. Still, the best part about this place is the amazing job that they do and how friendly and welcoming the staff is. My car looks as if nothing happened! Thanks to these guys, the car accident mission was less painful. I will be returning for any of my car needs. read more

If Your looking for a place to get scammed out your money this is the place to come to. Quoted me one price and jacked it up 3 times the amount at the end without telling me after they did a poor job repairing my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

The best thing to do is stay away from this place. I left my car to be fixed in September 2014, we are on April 2015 and they have not fixed a leak on the driver's door that every time it rains my carpet gets wet. I have gone back to the shop more then 10 times and my car still not fixed. Not satisfied with the service at all and wish I could spread the word for the most people as possible. read more

They've always been great. I've taken my car about 4 times and always satisfied. Would recommend. It's good quality work.

Buyer beware! Extremely slow turnaround. Never replies to emails or phone calls. Parking is horrible. Waited almost a month with the accident car there and nothing has been done and no progress whatsoever. They don't really value your business. Went there to check for an update and it turns out they don't care about the response times or turnaround times and flat out tell you that if you don't like it, go ahead and take your car somewhere else. No way to run a business. Absolute zero sense of customer service and support. Would never go there again. read more

The only people I trust whenever I have an issue with my car. I have always taken it there! They do AMAZING work. Roly is very detail oriented and likes for things to come out perfect. Everyone is super nice. Don't trust Yelp's crappy reviews. You can see their social media pages and see the great work they do and their big community of clients that love them! read more

If I could give this shop negative stars, I would. I don't know if its because I'm young, because I'm a woman, or because I don't drive a brand new sports or luxury car but I was treated like dirt at this place. I spoke to Roly on a Tuesday about getting my car fixed at his shop which has paint damage and 1 dent on it and sent him pictures of the damage. He told me that he would have it done for me in 4 days. I dropped it off on the following Monday and nobody gave me an estimate or said anything other than filling out the papers and turning in the keys. It seems like once your car enters shop, they don't care what happens from that point forward. I called Roly on Wednesday to find out if I should pick up the car on Thursday or Friday and no answer. I called the shop to find out what was going on and they told me that there had been nothing done at all.... Nothing. At. All. Mind you, I spent the entire week asking for rides and ubering, spending money when I could have been using my car that's been sitting on the lot. I sent multiple text messages asking to discuss the car, meet, and find out information and none of which were answered. My work schedule conflicted with the times that Roly is in shop (which is an hour and a half to two hours after they open) and they aren't open on weekends so the best I could do was to offer to meet early or late but again, no compromise was made. On Monday morning, I picked up my car and set a meeting for 11 am on Tuesday. I arrive at 11:00 and Roly has me sitting in his office which smelled like cigarettes and febreze for almost 15 minutes waiting, which I don't mind because I see he's busy with another customer. He enters the office with 2 other men discussing some other business when he sits down, looks at me and says that my car is all messed up, in which I reply that it's mostly paint damage and 1 dent. I don't know what flipped his switch but all of a sudden, he slams his hand on the desk and says " someone give her the keys and her car so she can leave". I already had my keys so I said "I already have my keys and my car" and he says "okay so go" to which I reply " you're not even going to discuss it?" and he says "there's nothing to discuss, I'm not doing any favors" and practically kicks me out of his office. Overall, my car was sitting in his shop for no reason for an entire week, nobody gave me an estimate, it was almost impossible to communicate anything, I finally met the big guy and I guess because I was trying to finally speak, he was offended or something and decided that it wasn't worth his time to work on my car. If you want to be treated like a person, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. read more

I've had body work done on at least 4 cars throughout the years and this by far has been the worst experience yet. I took my car here even though it wasn't a recomended Geico shop because of all the good reviews and before and after pics. My estimate to complete repairs was 7 days , it took over a month for my repairs to be completed. I had what I didn't think was that much damage that it would take this long. My Rental quota for the claim expired from Geico and my car was still not ready. They didn't seem to care and didn't even try and see if they could at least pay for half of the rental that Geico didn't cover, which they should since they took so long to fix the car. Every time I called asking for an update they kept bumping the repair completion , this happened at least 4 times. The week before my car was done they finally told me they had fired some painters and that's why they were backed up. I understands shit happens in every service company , but why should I have to pay for that? When my car was FINALLY ready , I was just handed the keys in the office and walked to the parking to get my car. No one came with me explaining what was done, asking if I had any questions , etc. Just a very poor experience. read more
