I hired her to do a move out clean because I'm disabled and…read morehave a ton of health issues (including mobility and severe fatigue) and couldn't do it myself - but i'm very clean. She only 'cleaned' a few surfaces but left mostly everything else untouched. And she did it in less than 2 hours (a 2bd 2ba) because she barely did anything. I walked through it with her afterwards and caught many things she didn't do like unswept floors, countertops that weren't even wiped down - and she would try and say that something was stained and then I'd ask her to spray her cleaner and it came right off which I knew it would. Or she'd say that she scrubbed this and that and that something was so dirty but it was much better now after she'd worked on it but in reality she hadn't even touched it - ALL LIES! And she never sprayed her cleaner - she just used dry towels but would say her towels were damp with cleaner - another lie. She didn't clean the kitchen sink or the inside or outside of cabinets. She didn't touch the oven or stove, or the laundry machines. While she did clean some things that were big - like windows/screens and the inside of the freezer, she didn't do the inside of the fridge. I didn't catch everything so I paid her what I had agreed to because I'm an honest person. But then I had to go back on several occasions when I felt up to it to clean everything she didn't. This meant I was getting on my hands and knees to clean floors and the inside of bottom cabinets with a bad back and pelvis. She never even brought a broom with her! So basically she ROBBED me of money I didn't have in the first place - living below the poverty line on disability - but she didn't care. And she was super kind and accommodating knowing she was going to rip me off - that's part of how she gets away with it. Don't fall for it - she will fool you if she can and prey on your kindness and honesty. She's a thief and her business is a scam.

One girl showed up, I showed her around and left her to do the work. Exactly 2 hours later she texted to say she was done. That was a red flag because there is no way 1 person can deep clean a 1700 sq ft home in 2 hours. I paid her $200 via Venmo and came home very disappointed. Even if this was a basic clean, several things were not done. The kitchen sink wasn't cleaned at all, the inside of the microwave wasn't touched, the inside of the oven wasn't touched, the toaster oven wasn't touched. The end table wasn't dusted or cleaned and the couch seams are weren't vacuumed at all. She also left all the trash from the bedrooms and bathrooms in bags in the kitchen. I messaged her to let her know that we weren't happy with the results and I never received any response. I waited a week for her to respond since it was Christmas. I messaged her again hoping for some reply and still haven't heard anything. I feel like someone starting a new business would want to at least apologize and communicate with the customer.
