One girl showed up, I showed her around and left her to do the work. Exactly 2 hours later she texted to say she was done. That was a red flag because there is no way 1 person can deep clean a 1700 sq ft home in 2 hours. I paid her $200 via Venmo and came home very disappointed. Even if this was a basic clean, several things were not done. The kitchen sink wasn't cleaned at all, the inside of the microwave wasn't touched, the inside of the oven wasn't touched, the toaster oven wasn't touched. The end table wasn't dusted or cleaned and the couch seams are weren't vacuumed at all. She also left all the trash from the bedrooms and bathrooms in bags in the kitchen. I messaged her to let her know that we weren't happy with the results and I never received any response. I waited a week for her to respond since it was Christmas. I messaged her again hoping for some reply and still haven't heard anything. I feel like someone starting a new business would want to at least apologize and communicate with the customer.
