Last Friday (January 2026) I called and left a message (their message indicates that they are having trouble with their phones-same message I got last November and again- no response. I emailed again - again no response. Thought I would take a chance and just go up there with my dog as no appointment was necessary after 10:00 am. I rang the bell, I called out ... a gal walked through from a back room with a wet dog ... I said Hello and she never looked up or acknowledged me in any way. Today was my last attempt .... I'm giving my business to a professional that actually wants my money.

Chris was super helpful. He told me what things to get for a new tank. Also, he steered me towards very economical inhabitant choices to start my tank. I started with 5 very small gold fish & 3 glass shrimp. He also let me borrow a bucket from the shop and gave me some water from an established tank in the store. I loved my shopping experience here. I will be back to this place for all my future fish tank needs.

Only issue is-their saltwater tanks are filled with aptasia. I don't get it. This is an issue for every single store but it seems like they don't even try. I was scouting out their store when my tank was cycling so I saw it once when I started and then 6 weeks later it was the same or worse so I did leave time to see if they tried to control it and they did not. So I will personally avoid the store just to avoid introducing aptasia to my tank. Healthy looking livestock otherwise.

They quoted $75 for her glam up, when they called to let us know she was ready it was only $60. She was very clean and shiny!! Her tail looked gorgeous. There was a small miss-communication about trimming her ears and face. But they did do a good job trimming her. Would not hesitate to recommend for service! Thank you to the staff for making her first visit a good one.

I recently took my dog in for his Friday appointment at 11:00am. I received a phone call from the…read moresalon at 3:30pm saying his grooming service couldn't be completed due to a staff emergency & to come pick up my pet. When I get there the grooming service had not even been started! What was he doing all that time? Was my pet crated for 4.5 hours? Was he even offered water or a potty break? Why wasn't I contacted sooner? When I subsequently spoke with the owner, I was met with a foul attitude, and a condescending tone with a total lack of remorse or empathy. I had to initiate the call, the owner never bothered to reach out to me. As if I would ever bring my pet back there, the owner uninvited us to be customers.

So the owner wrote back pretty quickly, soon after I inqired. She answered all of my questions. But…read moreshe first said that the cost was $25 for an hour. Then I asked if I could "split it into 2 -1/2 slots) Then she told me that the "actual time spent with my animal is usually 30-40 minutes". My cat was rescued from a hoarders house, she has PTSD. I can't afford them to come twice at 50.00 per day. I've researched that the going rate is $12-$15 per 30 minute visit with your pet.?? I can't afford that kind of price at $25 for only 30-40 minutes! I decided not to go with them because I found family and friends to pet-sit for us this time. I do need a permanent solution, though. The woman who emailed was kind enough. She told me all about how they have all of these good ratings and such. But I felt deceived because she first said $25 per hour. I would've paid that if THAT was time spent with my pet while I'm away. But then it changed to me paying for "travel time"(when she'd said they had 4 people right nearby my home, in my town). Why do I pay travel time for someone who lives in the same town? I didn't really like that so much. Also, I was not happy that when I wanted to split the "hour" into 2 x 1/2 hours, I was then told I was truly only getting 30 minutes with & for my pet. Plus paying for travel to and from my home. I don't pay travel time for any other services ?? (Plumber, maid service, lawn service etc.) I will keep looking for a more permanent solution.... ***I saw the response from this company. I did not say anything untrue or unkind. I only stated my own interactions & why I did not choose them. * I want to reiterate that I did not use this company because of the reasons stated above. I I've been an elite Yelper for 10 years. I would never say anything which I did not experience first hand. I only wrote my review about my own interactions with this company. I wanted the perspective customers to know how my interactions with thIs company went. I wanted them to know how this company works. I also decided to add one more star because they were kind enough when I inquired.
