    We have been using/ paying Alan for at least 2 years. I'm not sure what has happened to him over…read morethe last 6 months or so, but I have been working from home for almost a year, and have only seen him at our place once in the past 6 months. He may have been here a few times that I did not see or hear him, but I doubt it because our dog would have let me know he was here. I tried calling him, but NO response. I would have to say he hasn't been to our home in quite some time based on the amount of poop I have cleaned up in the last two days. I picked up a full large paper bag full of poop on one day and today another 1/4 bag. The first bag was so heavy I could not carry or drag it to the front for garbage pick up. He hasn't hesitated to bill us on a weekly basis and he has been promptly paid. I believe we have a rather large refund coming, at least 4 months... Allen, your lack of communication is going to be the end of your business. If you cannot be honest and ethical than why would anyone ever use you? You should have picked up the phone and called us back. Your inability to communicate and to bill us when you were NOT doing your job has cost you a good customer and a bad review. I had put my account on hold because we took our dogs out of town, so I gave Alan the dates we'd need to (temporarilly) stop service. I had just paid for the next month, but I figured he'd credit me the time upon out return. Well he never showed up upon our return and when I reached out, he admitted it was a micommuncation but he'd also raised his price. (I was gone 4 weeks) I have no issue with price increases, but I had replied that Id like to get my service in order first. I have record of many emails I sent to him because he didnt look on the side of the house, or in the front or I was unclear of his day of service because there was poop left in the yard. I just wanted to get the service I was paying for. Alan didnt take my comments well and responded that we should part ways, and per my request he'd refund the money shortly. I had paid in advance in July, on the 9th. Its september 29th now, Ive reached out several times, emailed etc and now hes ghosting me. I tried to settle this the nice way, because I thought he was a nice guy. But, hiring Enviropoo cost me more money and more oversight that I had signed up for!!

    I called to get a quote, and he asked what the size of my yard is, and then proceeded to clarify if…read moreit was bigger than a quarter acre or less than a quarter acre. I replied with a chuckle and said "a hell of a lot less than a quarter acre". He gets all up in arms and asks for me not to swear and goes off on a tangent about respect. Fair enough, I didn't exactly realize I was talking to Miss daisy and not someone who literally scoops poop, but fair enough, I will refrain. Well then he goes on for the remainder of the conversation to swear? So it's okay for you to swear at your potential customers, but not for us to swear to emphasize? Cool. Noted. Maybe I got the "I don't want to deal with you price", but he quoted 300$ for an initial clean up on a back yard that is MAYBE 15 foot by 20 foot. My living room is legitimately bigger than the grassed area of my back yard. It would have been quick easy money had I even been shown a modicum of customer service and respect.

Yesterday I reached out to ask if he had been out this week because we had a lot of poop still in the yard he stated that he was there the day before. I said fine we may have to add an additional day then because I wanted to make sure all the waste was being picked up. He let me know that he was unable to add a second day and I told him I understood and again thanked him for his service. Last night I received a text from him stating that I was canceled due to a negative review that I posted. I let him know that was not my review and that anytime I've had a concern we have respectfully discussed it and we've never had any problems. He responded by being very disrespectful and even left what appears to be a racial slur. It was Typical and 6 stars. I tried calling him and he did not answer. This is not the way you do business and I didn't know he had a Yelp page but wanted to bring light to a situation he created by making a false review himself. This was absurdly distasteful and I am in complete disbelief that a business owner would behave this way.
