This was a last-minute getaway, and Jan was able to line up a sitter with just three days notice.

His normal routine is Bark Bark Bark followed by dragging me towards the other dog he wants to meet. What happened today was extraordinary. Jaime was my groomer. As you can see from the photograph it was a first class dog grooming including having his nails dremeled ( a four person job at the vet's office because he often rebels and his size 150lbs) I watched her do it. I don't think Bill flinched. It was incredible,.Also, and the best part, she gave me several tips on how to handled him when he meets other dogs. How to introduce him. When I got home I practiced what Jaime told me. It was one of the most pleasurable days we've had out on a walk thanks to Jaime's tips. From my experience even professionals are intimidated by Bill's size and excitement. Not Jaime, she new how to handle my dog and it was a great experience for the both of us. I learned Jaime shows dogs as well. Jaime, Iv'e told everyone I know about you today. Thank you. We will be back

The staff has changed and so has the quality of service. One employee talked about customer after he left (right in front of me) because he reported that his dog had pooped out in the parking lot. She smiled and said to him, "No worries. I'll get it." Then she talked about him after he left. The poop bags are not easily seen, unless you're familiar w/where they are located. He was a new customer and obviously didn't know they were out there. Totally unprofessional! I don't feel that they really watch the dogs and interact with them enough. The dogs are sort of just let out into a large area, w/one person watching from afar. They are quick to tell you that no cameras are available or the cameras are down. We pay more so that our dogs wouldn't have a "boarding/kennel at the vet office" experience. My dogs didn't seem happy at all. This newer younger crew is unskilled, unprofessional, and seem unhappy to be there (giving the business a bad name). I'll be searching for a place that offers what they advertise.

I expressed that he was a puller on his leash which they said was fine and watching the one on one. They clearly didn't have any experience. The dogs only get put out for two hours at a time for play time There's so many dogs in there. They don't even look like they're having fun. It seems almost like a stressful situation for them. I'm bummed my dog wasn't a fit. But I would never want him to be somewhere is isn't loved and understood.

We went to this cancer center for our dog who has osteosarcoma. We got the information we needed,…read morewhich is similar to what we expected to hear. We received a price outline of all the different options which was helpful. The tone of the visit with the vet was very poor. We saw the surgical oncologist. I'm sure she's a great surgeon but bedside manner is also important. We felt rushed and her hand was literally on the door at different times. She didn't introduce herself, ask our name, or bring much humanity at all to the conversation. Again, I understand that she's a surgeon and that can be typical but we are humans and with a cancer diagnosis having a more empathic response would be better. The front staff was kurt, cold, did not smile once. When I said goodbye have a good day I was met with silence. The ray of sunshine was the medical assistant who was pleasant and warm and kind. We ended up getting the information we needed but if we did pursue treatment I'm not sure we would have proceeded with that place that seemed cold and uninviting.

Great work with surgery, after care and treatment but when it comes to appointments good luck…read more I had one appointment where my mother drove all the way there to drop my dog off for surgery and they said he couldn't have his surgery that day due to them missing a medication he was on that should have been stopped a week prior. I was however compensated for that since it's a 40+min drive there and she had to pick him up and take him back to my house. Today, I left work to take my dog for his appointment (to top it off we're short staff and I had to jump through hoops to make this happen). I had to be back for work by 330 so an hour drive there, app at 1:30 visit should take maybe an hour since it was a consult and maybe bloodwork and then hour back to work (sounded simple enough). However I waited a half hour in the waiting room before asking how long it'd be for them to tell me they're running an hour or hour and a half behind (you'd think they would tell you that when you walk in). I had to be back for work by 330 and it was just after 2 by this point. Then received a call for his "appointment" 4 1/4 hours after his scheduled visit time and have to go to my local vet for the bloodwork I would have gotten done there. For both these incidents it could have been solved with a simple phone call. "Hey we can't do surgery today, don't bother driving all the way here" or "hey we're running this far behind, would 3 o'clock work for you". But no, just show up and be disappointed! I would highly suggest calling in advance, since they don't have the courtesy to call, before you go to your appointment if you have a long drive or plans after. I know I will unless they see this and make a change for the better. *review is based solely on their incapability to pick up a phone and give you a heads up! *
