We like the beans that Break Coffee offers, so we were glad to find that Sad Donkey chose to serve Break Coffee beans. We like shops that make homemade syrups, and Sad Donkey Coffee does not make their syrups in house. I chose to sweeten my coffee with liquid cane sugar to lessen the additives. The space is divided up into several rooms where several people had their laptops out working or studying. I had a hot latte that was warm at best and a raspberry croissant. The croissant had a nice raspberry flavor but the latte definitely could have been much hotter. The coffee though was good and no sweetener was needed. They have a nice outside porch area with a fan for sitting when the inside gets too full or if you just want to enjoy the outdoors.

The decor felt very uncanny valley, back rooms, like very odd. I think they need to work on that side of the property a little bit and make it more cozy.
