Now, a few things to note. The meals I've had so far are fine but a bit bland. A bit of good curry powered and other spices added in goes a long way to making these meals much better than they seem just out of the box. They do seem healthy though and certainly not overly salty--all needed salt, pepper, and more for my taste. These meals also are refrigerated not frozen. So, you have a rather finite amount of time to heat them up and eat them. They heat in about three minutes in the microwave. For me, this is a good way to prepare for days when I won't have time to cook dinner--never will it replace my home cooking but it's good to know you can formulate a plan which is healthy and not expensive when you're in a hurry.
