The bad? I asked if they sold dropper posts. The staff said, "I could order you one but it's $300". I asked what brand it was and he said, "Transx". Bloody rude and a total rip off. I'd take a RS reverb for $300. Lol. Or a Fox transfer. But really? Quoting me $300 even before asking what size, routing, travel, etc I needed? The prices at the establishment were reasonable and Raleigh included a maintenance agreement. Unfortunately, there was a mixup at the warehouse and the bike delivered was the wrong size. Raleigh handled the matter professionally and accepted the return and delivered the right size bike.
