The man told me that he didn't understand why she was screaming because it was just a misunderstanding. She told me that my stuff was stilll being made and to wait my turn, excuse me? You handed me the bag with his donuts in it!! I'm so upset at this point after she humiliated me in front of a place full of people. I'm waiting for my frappes and she hands me my stuff and I ask where was my second donut ( I initially ordered two but the bag only had one). She said she only charged me for one, I told her to make sure since she's making so much mistakes (no apology to me btw). I can tell as she's looking at my receipt that she did make a mistake, but says no she didn't (upon further inspection I realize she actually charged me for less then I owed!) Anyway, before I left I did ask the young man if he keeps all his tips that people give him and he said yes, and so I tipped him and thanked him for all his hard work and kindness. I will never come back to this establishment again. People like her give businesses a bad name. Got my order wrong, charged me wrong, and called me a thief. I could have made a scene but chose kindness instead. I suggest she learn to do the same. This place is pretty run down and dirty. However, I did appreciate the food tasting great and so did our drinks. For the expensive price, I would hope so.

She even took the time to recommend calling ahead the day before or early in the morning next time, since they tend to sell out quickly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind she was. The Cronchas were amazing---- flaky, buttery, and topped with that perfect concha sweetness. Totally worth the early stop.
