    Where's the jelly?!

Visited for the first time to try out a few items. They didn't have the maple bacon bar pictured on Yelp. The raspberry filled donut was basically a stale glazed donut with NO filling. Not being hyperbolic, the filling was totally missed. The blueberry cheese pastry was also not fresh. I ordered the maple cronut in lieu of the maple bar and that tasted freshly made. I don't normally order three items once I find a favorite (typically the raspberry filled), but I'm glad I did. Calories were saved today. Dear Donut Star, the kids behind the counter were clean cut and kind, however, better quality control needs to be put in place. They also didn't have bills for change before noon on a Saturday and the cashier was profusely apologetic. Overall, it was an odd experience for a first timer.

Whatta vibe! So excited to try these!

Stopped by on a whim, and whatta find! Cronuts, gluten friendly mochi donuts, and fresh baked sourdough - this place has it all. The staff were sweet, the shop was cozy, and the pastries were great! Cool to find gluten friendly donuts, technically not gf since they use the same fryer for everything, but still a rare find!

Their Texas Homer ring has my heart forever Donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always wonderful, staff is always awesome, and the shop is always decorated so nice. Plus, they seem to be open way more than other competing donut shops!

The donuts here are soft, moist, freshly made, and not overly sweet. There's a great variety, including fun filled options like Oreo and raspberry. They also offer bagels, danishes, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. The space is cozy, and the staff is friendly, perfect for catching up with friends. Easily one of the best donut sports in Salt Lake City. I'll definitely be back to try the jalapeno cheese bagel and more.

Best old fashioned donut around! Danielle was so nice and knowledgeable

Best old-fashioned bar in town! Danielle was very nice and the store is so cute on the inside! Very affordable and taste amazing!

We actually went to the store! Small store front. We went around 1pm and they still had plenty of donuts. Gentleman that helped us was friendly and explained how they will make more donuts if they see they maybe running out. Which is cool, they only fry in the morning so they aren't fresh throughout the day. The stay open til 5 but if they sell out sooner they close so keep that in mind. The seating area was little dirty but maybe the had a huge rush earlier, Also I think you get small discount paying in cash. They have tons of merch which is funny for a donut shop but cool too. My donut was good! I got a glazed old fashion and husband got cheese Danish. Both were good! We like their breakfast sandwiches. We usually order on DoorDash but in store they have more variety just fyi.

Delish , moist and freshly made Donuts ! They have a great variety and not overly sweet . They also have bagels, danishes , and breakfast sandwiches and specialty donuts. Will definitely come back and try the Jalapeño cheese Bagel

One of the best donut spots in the valley hands down. Been to a majority of the donut spots in SLC and this is hands down a top 5 spot and a go to for me on a lazy Sunday morning. They always have a variety of good donuts and even other cookies and pastries. Although I've never tried the other options, next time I visit I want to try a pastry, cookie and possibly their coffee. But for donuts definitely a top spot! Check it out if you are looking for some really good classic donuts or even some fun filled donuts as well! Below in our picture are two glazed, M&M, blue sprinkled, raspberry filled, and Oreo filled.

Always seen lines out the door on weekends when driving by. Asked a business next door to see if they had been there and what makes them so special? They said "cronut" which I never heard of. Besides the cronut, not sure what else was good? Customer service was great and even gave me a free donut for being a first time customer. Might return but when there are no long lines.

Best apple fritter I've had in a long time. Don't be afraid of the long line. It moves fast and it is so worth the wait.

Was charged 22.00 for 7 doughnuts when we got home we looked online and it should've been 14.00. Tried calling the store but no answer.

Yes they have old fashioned donuts that are gluten free. The person behind me purchased them for exactly that reason. I would make sure that you get the gluten free ones since mistakes can be very serious with gluten intolerances but they do have an… Read more

Even the ice cream flavors and drinking chocolate get clever historically-inspired names, which adds to the charm. Portions are generous. I usually get the one scoop, which in reality is three small scoops. Get two if you're sharing, and three if you can handle a full sugar coma. My personal favorite, after working my way through nearly the entire menu, is the Abigail Adams' Salted Crack Cookie with salted caramel, cookie chunks, roasted pecans, and smoked almonds. Simply delicious. I'm happy to pay the fair price for premium ice cream this good. They recently opened the Lehi-Traverse Mountain location, and it's packed on weekends. Whether you're bringing a date or the kids, come ready to wait in line, and budget time for everyone to sample more than one flavor before committing. Worth every minute.

They were so patient with me while I tried (yes...) five different flavors before deciding. Jeff was especially great; he had a genuine smile the whole time and handed me each sample like he was excited for me to try it. I'm originally from Louisiana, so the John Jay's Louisiana Purchase Pralines & Cream immediately caught my eye, and it truly tasted like home. The French brown butter vanilla, New Orleans pralines, and butterscotch swirl were absolutely perfect together. I also loved The Tory Apathy--cheesecake ice cream with black raspberry swirls. Both flavors were bold and explosive without being overwhelming, and that really stood out to me. I normally stick to chocolate or coffee ice cream, but these two completely won me over. The texture is a little more on the icy, compact side, but the flavor payoff makes up for it. Overall, such a fun, delicious, memorable stop!

He reached out and made it good. I always say that there's no way any business gets a perfect score. But when it does get a report of a bad experience, it is always an opportunity to show how you handle complaints and can even win more loyalty or more regular customers. Businesses should always use such times to show their customer service side. I've seen it happen both ways, for the business' benefit and also for handling things in a negative way. I came during the lunch rush. Bottom line is that I got my order quickly. Smiles all around from the employees, they were very nice and interested in serving their customers. I got my favorite, the #13 The Original Italian. They just pack their sandwiches with a ton of meat and veggies. Love it. Why, oh why would anyone go to Subw**? Subw** shops has that processed smell, can't describe it any other way. Jersey Mike's subs just taste more fresh all the way around and not processed like that other chain's sandwiches. Anyway, very pleased with the service and the quality of my sandwich. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
