Their cold brew is flavorful, though I'd love to see them use a lighter roast to cut some of the smokier notes--but that's more personal preference than criticism. We went in on at Saturday when it opened, and seats filled quickly. Good sign! They indeed had part of the menu as 50% off for rolls. We ordered three of them and then a salmon and avocado roll. Our bellies were stuffed after four delicious rolls. You can see these four rolls in my pics. What should have been $56 came to $28 (before tax and tip). Over to one spot was unlimited soup for a set price. I would assume miso, but I didn't look. A large screen was playing a Japanese movie. Later they switched to a big pop concert of Asian artists. We sat in the front corner and you can see the whole cook area, this also means if ventilation isn't on point, your clothes will soak in that aroma, like my jacket did. Food itself was good, nothing bad about what we received, but the wait time on food was way too long. They are currently not doing any cannabis sales (no CBD either), but are continuing to operate the coffee shop with hope that their permit could be approved soon. The workers were both great, super knowledgeable. We ordered two matcha lattes and a chagaccino (mushroom cappuccino). My sister really liked her matcha but unfortunately mine had close to no actual matcha in it and was mainly milk. The mushroom cappuccino was very very good.
