Whether it's helping me find the best deal, explaining my options, answering my endless questions, or making sure I'm getting quality parts at a fair price, he's always been honest, patient, and transparent. At no point have I ever felt pressured into buying something I didn't need. Instead, he's always helped me make the decision that was best for my budget and long-term goals. Abraham is the mechanic who's worked on my car, and his workmanship has been outstanding. He installed my CarPlay system flawlessly, and every job he's done has been done with care and attention to detail. It's obvious he takes pride in his work, and that gives me confidence every time I leave the shop. Carlos has always been welcoming and professional at the front desk, making every visit smooth and enjoyable. Leo has also been incredibly kind and helpful. He's always willing to lend a hand, and on one occasion he even gave me a ride to work while my car was being worked on. Those small acts of kindness say a lot about the kind of people they are. One thing I really appreciate about Joe's Tires is their honesty. I've seen reviews criticizing pricing, but from my experience, they've always been upfront with me. Different parts, brands, and repairs naturally come with different costs, and they've consistently taken the time to explain my options so I can decide what works best for me. I've never felt misled; only well-informed. What really sets this shop apart is the way they treat their customers. Every visit has been met with professionalism, respect, and genuine hospitality. You can tell they care about building long-term trust, not just making a sale. I trust Joe's Tires with my Honda Civic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest people, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Thank you to Tito, Abraham, Carlos, Leo, and the entire Joe's Tires team. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me.

I hate to say this, as much as I'd like to think this is a "fair" world, when it comes to auto-related stuff, as a woman, you are out-numbered when you go in an auto or tire shop, and you wonder if these people are giving you a rotten deal. That is never the case with Orozco. And yes, they are quick and efficient. What a refreshing experience every time I go there; these people actually care!

I originally came in because of a tire-pressure issue and was told that two of my tires needed to be replaced. I trusted the shop's recommendation and agreed to the replacement. I trusted all the very positive yelp reviews about how they know what they're doing and won't take advantage of you. I feel like it was a little weird that they didn't tell me what brand or quality of tires they were going to install or ask if I had a preference. My car had Michelin tires, and since no options were presented to me, I assumed the replacements would be of reasonably comparable quality. Instead, they installed Advanta tires, a much more budget-oriented option. I was never asked whether I wanted budget, mid-range, or premium tires, nor was I given the option to stay with Michelin or choose another comparable brand. Had the options and prices simply been explained to me, I would have chosen higher-quality tires. I was also surprised to learn afterward that they moved my existing Michelins from the front to the rear and installed the brand-new Advantas on the front. My understanding is that when only two tires are replaced, the generally recommended practice is to put the new/deeper-tread tires on the rear, even on a front-wheel-drive vehicle, for better stability and wet-weather handling. None of this was discussed with me. On top of that, I initially came in to have my tire pressure addressed, yet the tire-pressure warning light came back on the very next day. I had to drive all the way back to the shop, where I was then told that their PSI reader had been off the previous day, so the tire pressures hadn't been set correctly. Any one of these issues by itself might have been understandable, but together they left me questioning the shop's quality control and communication. I had to make an unnecessary return trip because of inaccurate equipment, wasn't consulted about the brand or quality of the tires I was purchasing, and wasn't given an explanation for the tire placement.

I have had family friends who are mechanics, who have been kind, but not capable. I go to a Chinese restaurant for the food, not the customer service. Just some food for thought. I would come back here. I think they do a good job.

My initial complaint was they lost 2 of my valve stem caps and replaced them with others that they lost at their shop. It was a minor complaint so I didn't make a fuss about it. Fast forward to today, I had to bring my car to a shop for front bumper work. They had to remove the front wheels in order to remove the bumper. This shop informed me that the 5 lug nuts on my front wheels were tightened to 200+ ft/lbs, more than DOUBLE what they are supposed to be torqued to. My wheels haven't been removed since I got my new tires 9 or 10 months prior. I feared all 4 tires were the same. When I returned home, I struggled for 2 hours trying to get my back wheels off. Each lug nut was insanely over torqued like the front. I figured I would just rotate my tires at this point so I ended up removing all 4 and inspected them. I found gashes in the barrel of all 4 of my rims, all equally spaced apart. This means Best American Tire damaged them when either mounting the tires or balancing them. You can see the damage in the pictures provided. I'm very lucky something didn't happen to me on the road these past 9 months. Needless to say, I will never bring my car here again. Hopefully this review will keep others from making the same mistake.
