Also, their knowledge and expertise in the field were great, but most importantly they were straight with me. I want to see what they say if they think I know nothing; I want to know if they'll try to rip me off. And so I did- John was frank about his recommendations and never tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. Additionally, his prices were beyond fair - I definitely saved money by going to them. He actually printed out diagrams of the car parts to walk me through what was wrong and what he would fix; and what I should fix in future (what I DID NOT need to fix that day). This part was especially rare and very special. He also told me about cheaper options I could choose for parts if I was concerned for price, though I decided to go with the top quality.
