TLDR: Don't go here. They are shady. My husband and I went…read morein to get our knock sensor replaced. They gave us a $370 estimate for parts and labor and when it was done tried to charge $1000. We called back after discussing the price change and they changed the story. Saying "oh he wrote the labor too high by accident . It will actually be $510" because they also replaced the intake valve and an ignition coil without confirming with us if that was okay. When we decided to not argue the $510 and just go get the car, they changed it to $594 once we were there. They were unable to explain why they did so much without confirming if we wanted the extra work done. We are not rich and I don't know a lot about cars and so I couldn't really argue. But just calling to tell us what was going on before doing it and charging us after the fact would have gone a long way. I won't say they scammed us because they did fix the issue with my car but it was absolutely shady and I would recommend them no one. They are taking advantage of people. I would have accepted a variation in price due to parts being more expensive than they thought. But they should have communicated with us when they did more than we agreed to. Also the ignition coil had nothing to do with the knock sensor so they shouldn't have replaced it without permission. So disappointed.

One of the best Truck Accessories Store I know of. In fact, it's about the only Truck Accessories…read moreStore close enough to me that has what I need and more than likely have it in stock. All other stores in the Mississippi Delta have to order what you need. Then, you have to wait a few days for it to come in. However, this store has truck accessories in stock. I first called them on the phone and Vickie answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable and knew the prices. Once here, Erin waited on me. She gave me great customer service. She was patient with me while I asked for prices and quality. She answered all my questions too. She was even more knowledgeable. I felt comfortable around her as I made my decision on what I wanted. On Scene: I wanted a Tonneau ( bed cover ) for my truck. When I called them on phone, they said they had a soft tri fold tonneau for $299 made by Rugged Liner and had it in stock so I could look at it. This got me here. Anyway, as soon as I walked in the door Erin spoke to me and waited on me. I showed me the Tonneau for $299. But I saw the one next to it for $599 which was a hard surface. I thought it was made of better quality materials and more secure. So, I chose the one with more security in mind. They also installed it for me which took less than 10 minutes. Plus, they showed my how to use my new Tonneau. How cool is that. Truck Accessories: They have lots of truck accessories in the store. It has the most of any truck accessories store that I have ever seen. It also has; chrome rim covers, bull bars, step bars, led light bars, winches, bed covers, camouflaged seat covers, tool boxes, fender flares, vent visors, window tinting, head lights, tail lights, bumpers, splash guards, grilles, and all kinds of chrome accessories. Final Thoughts: Yes, I will definitely be back because they great product at reasonable prices along with great customer service. One tip I would give is to ask for Erin.

However, when i arrived to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that the part was still missing and had not even been installed. I had already made arrangements to pick up the vehicle based on their confirmation that the repairs were complete, only to find out that it wasn't actually ready. I then had to wait an additional hour while they addressed the situation. After having my vehicle for over a month and paying a substantial amount for the repair, this level of communication, organization, and quality control is completely unacceptable. if a final inspection had actually been performed, this should have been caught before i was told the car was ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better communication and attention to detail, especially given the amount of time and money involved.
