Yet one of the gentlemen behind the counter remembers my name and greets me as soon as I'm through the door. And they all seem to know the names of nearly every customer I've seen in the place across half a dozen visits. And the owner is always there, making sandwiches that are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. He takes obvious pride in his work and has recruited employees whose soft skills wildly outpace those of nearly every other establishment. Hands down a must-visit when you're in town.
