It became obvious Kristine had no intention of having my countertop installed. I told her I wanted a full refund which she agreed to but had to borrow the money. After two days, I got my deposit back. Because of Kristine's lies and deception, my kitchen, which was supposed to take a month, ended up taking over four months to complete. From reading other reviews, it appears to be a common practice for Kristine to take deposits without delivering the promised product.
