The template was completed as scheduled, but installation dates were repeatedly promised without delivery, leaving my contractor and me waiting each time. After two and half months, I was able to contact the countertop installer directly, only to be told Kristine had never given him any money so he could purchase the slabs and do the fabricating. It became obvious Kristine had no intention of having my countertop installed. I told her I wanted a full refund which she agreed to but had to borrow the money. After two days, I got my deposit back. Because of Kristine's lies and deception, my kitchen, which was supposed to take a month, ended up taking over four months to complete. From reading other reviews, it appears to be a common practice for Kristine to take deposits without delivering the promised product.
