Food was AMAZING for the price! Very authentic. Our only issue was the service, but understand the restaurant was fairly new when we went.

Hooray For Thai Bay!…read more Authentic, Affordable, and Made with Love -- Thai Bay is a Must-Try! Thai Bay is one of those rare mom-and-pop gems that makes you feel like you've discovered something special. It's a tiny spot with just one table, clearly designed more for takeout -- but don't let the size fool you. The food here is phenomenal. The menu is small and selective, but that's what makes it so good. Every dish is made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference. Nothing is overly greasy or bland -- just clean, bold Thai flavors that hit every craving. Their curries, stir-fries, and noodles are all standouts. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. You can tell this family puts pride and heart into every meal they serve. Whether you're a Thai food fanatic or just looking for a delicious, no-fuss dinner option, Thai Bay will not disappoint. Support this amazing local business -- your taste buds will thank you!

This place has simple Asian stews and soups and noodles and congee. It's pretty good. I've eaten here twice now and it's a lot less off-putting than the barbecue stand with the hanging Meats. The standard is good and the prices are good. It's inside the 99 Ranch Market which has a pretty awesome food court.

Sure nothing will blow your mind here but the sheer variety is impressive especially for jc standards and hopefully brings more & higher quality Chinese food to the area. Dim sum stand kicks off one side with a decent selection of your classics running 3/2.50. A congee & noodle soup bar is next for plowed by a chinese bbq stand with roast duck, pork & chicken. You have to wait until it is your turn for him to cook your food. The menu is confusing and difficult to understand, but basically it is pad thai, noodle soup or a crepe all with your choice of protein. We had the beef crepe and chicken pad thai. Both were excellent.

From the moment we walked in, the owner personally seated us and ended up cooking our food himself. He has a quirky, memorable personality that adds to the charm of the whole experience. It's the kind of place where you can tell the food is made with intention rather than being rushed out of a big commercial kitchen. The dishes were packed with flavor and tasted very authentic. You can really tell the ingredients and spices are balanced the way Thai food should be -- bold, savory, a little spicy, and deeply satisfying. Everything we ordered had great texture and presentation as well. Overall, it was a unique dining experience with authentic flavors and a memorable host. If you're looking for a polished corporate restaurant this isn't it -- but if you want something personal, quirky, and genuinely delicious, Prince & I is absolutely worth visiting. Would definitely come back!!

We sat at a comfortable table, and the service was very attentive. We ordered Braised Pigs Ear, Stuffed Tofu, Signature Yunnan Crossing Bridge, and Spicy Beef Shank Noodle. The food began arriving quickly. The Pigs Ear is a cold dish and a nice starter. Gelatinous and crunchy at the same time, this dish had lots of fresh cilantro which made it addictive. The Stuffed Tofu are delicious little fried bites of tofu, that is served with a sauce that really elevates the flavor. The Crossing Bridge is a very large bowl of fantastic soup, loaded with noodles, fish, crispy pork lard, pork slices, and ribeye. My only complaint was that the noodles were too soft, but overall this was a great dish. The Beef Shank Noodles is also a soup. Even though you can see the peppers floating in the broth, it wasn't very spicy. The broth is incredibly flavorful, with a fantastic acidic punch. The beef is meltingly tender and rich. These noodles held up better in the broth. For dessert we ordered the Coconut Pudding. This is more than enough for two people. It is served in the coconut itself, and it is a perfectly light and delicate end to the meal. The prices were very reasonable, and we had enough for leftovers. I highly recommend.

Definitely recommend it. I had the Signature Yunnan Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, packed with black bone chicken, fish, pork, beef, tofu skin, crispy lard, and bean sprouts. The broth was surprisingly light and clean; a pinch of salt really made the flavors pop. My husband got the Premium Beef Noodles with wagyu, tofu skin, and mushrooms, which had a simpler, comforting broth he really enjoyed. An easy, dependable spot for casual dining.
