He even helped with choice color by suggesting colors and was very patient when it took us forever to pick a color. What surprised me most was the obviously rotten wood that was never replaced, despite it being impossible to miss. There were also numerous smaller issues, such as the use of finishing nails on siding boards, which is completely inappropriate for that type of work. In the end, I had to hire another company to redo the job correctly. Communication was just as disappointing as the workmanship, as the owner rarely responded to my messages. In my opinion, it's best to look elsewhere.
