The tech did my pedicure, and she was incredibly sweet, engaging me in a wonderful conversation. As I relaxed in the massage chair, she asked if I would like a complimentary water or soda--a first for me at any nail salon! I opted for water and then selected my color from a wide variety of options. What I also appreciated was how transparent the pricing was. They handed me a clear pricing sheet with all the service options, which I found much better than other places. I always go for the service with the longest foot massage! What I really like the most is that they listened to me. I have a medical issue with one of my feet and need a pedicure technician that will be very gentle. They were great! I never met her but I can tell you I was in this facility as a new customer the day she and her young daughter were there. Everything was fine and they appeared happy with the service. I was shocked when they went up front to pay. OMGoodness! She immediately started s loud argument about how she didn't want to pay for her daughter's service. She yelled and wouldn't stop, even after the man in charge gave in and said he wouldn't charge her.
