I usually really like Donato's pizza but for some reason today's pizzas were a little disappointing. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra sauce and light cheese. There was no extra sauce. I also ordered a personal pizza with extra sauce and light cheese and there was also no extra sauce. There was also an abundance of cornmeal or whatever they put on the bottom of the crust. Absolutely horrible wait times. Waited over an hour for two pizzas and garlic bread. Update ... when the delivery driver got to the restaurant, the order wasn't ready. They asked them to wait and never told them that the order was ready. The driver waited 20 minutes while the pizza sitting there getting cold. Second update: Donatos reached out to me through Yelp and took care of the problem. They were kind, prompt, and proactive. I really appreciate it, and I will be back again. read more

This pizza arrived basically raw/severely undercooked. The sausage, pepperoni, onions and peppers were not cooked and the dough was almost raw. We called to have them fix this and because we ordered through Uber Eats, they said they can't refund us nor would they make us another pizza and have it delivered for free. We are staying in a hotel and have no way to keep cooking this. The man we talked to on the phone said he checked with his GM and they can't do anything. We asked to speak to the GM and the assistant GM came on the phone and said the GM was on vacation. So we were also lied to. And she didn't care about our problem and told us when this happens, the customer reorders with Uber Eats and disputes the first charge through them. Read that last part again, WHEN THIS HAPPENS, which means this isn't anything new to them and they're used to hearing complaints. The fact that they didn't give a shit is disgusting and poor service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, unless you like food poisoning. Worst pizza ever!!!! read more

The food is standard Donatos. Arrives hot and tasty. Unfortunately I don't order often because it seems they always get my order wrong. For instance, today I ordered a pepperoni calzone with fresh mushrooms. Thumbs up for the liberal amount of pepperoni. Thumbs down for the fact that there wasn't a single mushroom. Picked up a small pizza and it was made in a decent amount of time. The crust is far too crispy for me, I will have to try the hand tossed next time. This location has some nice seating and was very clean with easy to grab cutlery and napkins. read more

My daughter and I stopped here after a doctor's appointment at Cleveland Clinic. So we were starving. We had a nice young lady waiting on us at the counter.. she was friendly, helpful, just all around perfect! You find this less and less so I just wanted to give her a shout out. It was tuesday, June 13th at around 5:30. So we get our pizza and sit down and it was the best pizza I've had in a long time! I really wanted to take some home to have later and that was hard to do because it was so good. It was thin crust which I find you can eat a lot of! 45 minutes for a medium pizza, and cheese breadsticks. I was told to pull forward waited outside for 25 minutes, as I was there 20 minutes after I ordered. I had to back up and the food was waiting on the line for how many minutes. Horrible service read more

Nicki, Please listen to me when I say you have the rudest night manager I have ever encountered. My fiancé got off the phone with your company after placing an order and she was crying. She said you yelled at her and was rude and condescending. After I got involved to investigate for myself, I realized my fiancé was correct. Normally this place is great. Food is good, great coupons. But I have to say, I'm really disappointed after my most recent experience. I ordered a pizza with no cheese at all, but with several additional veggie toppings. I arrived, the server read my order back to me, everything was good. I didn't check my boxes (my own fault), but I got home and realized that none of my extra toppings had been added, but I'd been charged for them. It wasn't worth driving all the way back. I just wish they'd keep their quality control in check, especially when it costs the customers money. The employees are very, very friendly and have always been helpful in the past. Donatos is awesome. If you're looking for thin crust, Donatos is the place to go (or order from). If you're not looking for thin crust, maybe you should reconsider because crust is the worst part of pizza if you think about it. It's just bread. The stuff on top of the bread is the good stuff, and at Donatos, the stuff on top is delicious. Their ingredients are very fresh and tasty and they are very generous with them. For example, if you order a pepperoni pizza, you're gonna get a solid layer of pepperoni on top with all of the adjacent circles touching each other. Also their sausage is the best I've had on a pizza, period. This place is truly underrated. read more
