I'm going to give the hourly workers a pass here. Mainly, because the couple times I've been there, they were getting orders from ten different places; and expected one person to be able to handle it. That's really bad management/ownership. Worst case, the owner/franchisee can come work *with* them, because that doesn't affect labor at all. Leaving your employees on an island is just going to cause unpleasant workers, giving unpleasant service, making people give unpleasant reviews, and ultimately never coming back. If this place wants to exist through all of 2025 and beyond; they better get their stuff together ASAP.
