Stopped in for a sub on a recent Saturday afternoon and we were so surprised by the atmosphere here. It's a great little local sandwich shop and pub and the prices are very reasonable. What a great little spot for a quick lunch in Wadsworth! I'll be honest, I was shocked when I saw I hadn't written a review for it before, because I've been going there for quite a while. Awesome little menu, lots of subs as you might imagine, soup, salad, shakes, sweets, burgers, fries, gyros, pizzas, hot dogs, they literally have something for everyone. I've recently had the cheesesteak (pretty good, like that they put banana peppers on it) and the chicken salad (one of the best in the area, I mean seriously!) and I always get fries and a drink. It's usually pretty quiet in there, they treat everyone like an old friend, and the service is fast. But seriously, the food is delicious, which is the biggest thing that keeps me coming back. Headed to The Sub Station on a last minute lunch adventure. We ordered the mac and cheese bites kids meal as well as the cheeseburger sub after debating on what to get. The menu offers such a variety of sandwich types and food that you really cannot go wrong! When our food came out, it was clear that everything was freshly made which we greatly appreciated. The portions were a great size for the value. My husband noted how amazing the sub sandwich bread was and flavors within the sandwich. Stopped by for dinner recently after dropping my daughter off at a nearby high school football game. Upon entering, we were greeted and told how the ordering process works. Unfortunately, while you're ordering, you're kind of on display and lots of people stare at you while you stare at the menu. We quickly ordered (to escape the spotlight) and seated ourselves on the patio. I ordered a strawberry milkshake for my son, a vanilla milkshake, a Fathead's Bumbleberry, onion rings, and a hot Italian sub. A few minutes later, our food was delivered. My hot Italian sub was delicious. It's not the best one I've had, but it was very good and I would order it again. The onion rings were very tasty. The service was fast and friendly. This is one of the few places to eat in Wadsworth with a working credit card machine, so we may be back as it is not too far from home. read more

The food is amazing. This is a gem to Wadsworth and they are great at making any accommodations you would want.

These subs were so good. The night we went they were having a bit of issues with the credit card machine, everyone was really kind for what seemed to be a frustrating day. They served alcohol which was a pleasant surprise. They had some fun cocktail type drinks and craft beers. We ordered and a rush if people came in. Everything was distanced and looked clean. I stopped in for lunch as one of my coworkers said it was decent. I work in Barberton and love the Valley Cafe across the street. Since discovering that place, this place caught interest of my coworker. Arrived and the place was empty. It was just the two of us and the menu is pretty extensive. They also serve alcohol, mixed drinks included and not just beer. Nice touch. I ordered the Mattwich with a bag of chips. Got the cheddar and sour cream and that brand that they use isn't great. Didn't even finish the bag but it is a nice sized bag. Only saw that flavor and original. The Mattwich wasn't anything special at all either. It was pretty mich a philly cheese with extras added on. It was edible but anything greasy is. I wouldn't order it again because it was anything that is worth getting or even trying. My coworker said the pizzas are pretty as that's what he got last time so maybe that's what will be ordered next time. There's still some things I need to get to give it a better rating but my single experience wasn't anything special. It's also VERY cold inside, even on a sunny day. read more

Really tasty, I got the Chicken Philly with no Mayo it was so good. I love they use super thin sliced or shredded chicken rather than cubes or strips. It tastes identical to the chicken Philly I get at pudges in Philadelphia. The mozzarella sticks are awesome. read more

Came here today 2/15/2020 for lunch. I got the Fist Bump sub and my husband got the Shrimp Po Boy. We also got 2 sides. We got the Hot Pepper Cheeseballs and Onion Rings. First of all, we both ordered a "whole sub" and it was HUGE! It looked like we ordered 2 meals. Then we sides also were a big portion that filled us up. Stopped at the Sub Station for a lunch takeout order. Was my first time going there. Ordered an Italian and a BLT 6" sub. Very impressed! It is surprising how different subs can look and taste. Both subs were crafted with care and layered nicely, not just thrown together. The meats were fresh and the veggies were crisp. The sub roll was soft and slightly chewy. Delicious!!! Went to order the turkey and cheese sub and wanted to add bacon, a normal request. Instead they changed it to a turkey club but then got up-charged for cheese and the extra toppings that I wanted that already come on the turkey and cheese. Essentially I paid $4 for bacon-which is insane. I ended up paying close to $15 for a mediocre sub. They also said my name wrong. Protip- don't add bacon, and don't go here. read more
