The laziest and rudest night staff. This store advertises that it is open till 11pm on their app and on Google. So keep that in mind before I describe my experience this evening. We placed an order for pick up on the app at 10:30 PM. We were emailed a confirmation that said it would be ready at 10:53 PM. We arrived at the store at 10:50 PM. The lazy guy working the counter said that he canceled our order because we ordered at 10:30 PM but we never received any notice of a cancellation. Making us feel like we did something wrong by ordering a pizza during normal business hours on a Friday night. What is the point of saying your store closes at 11pm if you aren't willing to cook a pizza that was ordered at 10:30pm. If you stop taking orders at 10:30 for pickup then you should disclose that and not waste customers time. If I was in management or an owner of this franchise and found out that an employee turned away a customer during business hours..... that employee would be needing to fine another job. It doesn't help his case that the guy was extremely rude and short with us. I saw your cameras so management should go back and look at it. Do better Donatos! There are way too many other pizza options in our area for your customer service to be this poor. You won't survive in this market. The sad thing is that we loved Donatos in my household, but will not be ordering from there if this poor customer service continues and they continue to employ rude staff. The next time I order if I come in and see the same employee at the front desk, I will cancel my own order and walk out.

Open day one and I'm already a fan of Donato's. Popped in on their grand opening day and was overwhelmed with the service and smell of great pizza. They have thin, hand tossed and thick pizza for your liking but today I selected a thin pizza which is cut into party squares. It was great. Plenty more on the menu so will slowing work my way through them. Desert, I ordered some cinnamon bread and a perfect match to the pizza. Glad it's so close to my house as we will visit regularly.

We ordered some pizza for lunch at the office. The pizza was delivered piping hot. The thin crust was AMAZING! The cheese blends were spot on and the sauce was just a little sweet (that's a really good thing). I love it square cut! Every pizza we got was awesome! Great food, great delivery!

Somebody couldn't wait for me to take a picture. Thanks Chelsea.

We got a couple of pizzas to go. Although they didn't get our dough type right, both ended up on thin crust, the freshness of the ingredients and portions were very good. Thin crust gets you edge to edge toppings. Very happy with the two pies. The chicken wings we ordered a little well done with dry rub and could have done without them. Note buy pizza at pizza place and chicken wings at a wing place. Staff very nice.

We're not expecting ultra-authentic Mexican food everywhere, but if you can't even get close, maybe don't put tacos on the menu because this felt genuinely insulting. We ordered the "small" taco board that we were told would feed 2-3 people, and it came with bland shredded chicken that tasted boiled, plus carrots, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, and corn scattered across the board like stir-fry vegetables. It also included the smallest portion of steak with chimichurri (Argentinian not Mexican), bland green salsa, terrible store-bought tasting red salsa, and "homemade" tortillas. There was almost no seasoning or flavor in any of it. The photo attached is just the chicken portion of the board because honestly the rest wasn't even worth photographing. The $15 guacamole was also extremely underwhelming for the price -- tiny portion of chips, one tiny lime wedge, and we were brought salt so we could finish seasoning it ourselves. Service was okay, but overall spending around $75 for two beers, guacamole, and food we barely wanted to finish was frustrating. Sadly, the ambiance and decor were the best part of the experience. Safe to say we will not be coming back.

Located in an established strip mall by a high-traffic intersection at Kingston Pike and S. Peter's, Greens and Grains is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The interior is spotlessly clean (including the restrooms!) and comprised of two connected dining areas and kitchens. One has a trendy, airy feel with cool green and white tones, while the other is darker with metal and wood elements, a game area, and a large open grill/prep area. The reason for the two different vibes was not immediately clear to me. Actually, it never became more clear during the hour or so I spent there, but I can appreciate a good mystery. This is NOT a fast food joint. In fact, it is slow. Agonizingly slow if you're in a hurry. This is a place to come when you are with a group of people you find highly entertaining (or when you heft along a great book) and don't mind waiting. After ordering two sandwiches and sides, my friend and I waited almost 20 minutes for our food to appear at our table. The macaroni salad was pleasantly flavorful, without the overcooked noodles and runny sauce so often found with this deli counter staple. The turkey and Brie was also good and grilled to buttery-crisp perfection. The sandwich, side, and a drink cost just under $20, so it's neither bargain-priced nor exotic, but fresh ingredients are not cheap. Only one employee was working in each of the two halves of the restaurant, so I imagine if they want to speed up their service, they are going to need to schedule more people. The two employees were both delightfully friendly, though, and they aren't just paying lip service to customer service, a goal plainly outlined on all the napkin dispensers and evidenced by their actions. Despite the slow service, I'm giving them a 5 for their dedication to quality ingredients and excellent customer service. I hope they make it for the long haul, and I'll definitely be back soon.

I had the salmon salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to refuel after several long hikes. The outdoor patio was perfect with a refreshing breeze and ideal weather, while the inside décor stood out with quirky, one-of-a-kind decorations. The highlight of my visit was my engagement with Jeannie, a manager filling in for the day. She went above and beyond--giving me a tour of the restaurant, making sure my food and service were excellent, and even sharing a fun detail about the décor. She explained that kids sometimes leave toys behind, and the owner places them on shelves--dinosaurs, tractors, and other little "Easter eggs" for guests to discover. Such a creative touch that made the atmosphere even more memorable. I've also visited some of their other concepts, like Chesapeake's, and the consistency in quality and hospitality is impressive.
