    My salesperson for used beautiful hybrid car was extremely nice, didn't rush me to buy fast, took our time to explain things, extremely helpful for making options choices before finalizing the contract. Financing managers and service advisor Zaki was extremely helpful in gaining knowledge on how Toyota Service and options work as I m a first time Toyota customer. Thank you everyone for understanding my situation to help me make it thru to final steps.

    I rarely do a third review for a business, but I have never talked about my wonderful experience dealing with my salesperson here. What? Wonderful and sales in the same sentence? Yes. I worked with Arman on getting my 2016 Scion iM. My original thought was to get another Prius. He was patient. I test-drove the Prius V and C. The former was too big and the latter was cute, but small for my needs. Both didn't make me yearn to have them. He suggested test-driving a Scion iM. He sat with me to test out a third car. I loved it. It was fun and it made my head turn looking at how beautiful this car was. It was mine! During the few hours that I was out testing out cars, Arman was professional and relaxed. He was honest with his car views, which you typically don't expect from sales folks. He was kind to provide me with a yogurt granola bar from his own stash of snacks. The deal was successful and smooth. He told me that he would be around for my next car. Sure enough, it happened in August. He looked at the mileage that I had racked up on my Scion iM (hey, driving between Markham and Mississauga for work will do that, on top of enjoying road trips). He wanted to make sure that I didn't go over my allotted mileage and he sat with me as I test-drove a couple of cars. I first tried the C-HR. It drove smoothly, but I didn't like the huge blindspots that both of us had noticed. Again, Arman is honest and is more interested is having a happy customer, which I appreciate. He had recommended trying out the Corolla hatchback, which is really the successor of the Scion iM. It felt comfortable. It was a cross between my Prius and my iM. I loved it. I love driving it. Being a customer for a decade, I got a good deal on this leased vehicle. Arman listened to every concern that I had and worked with me to make me one happy customer. I hope that he is there for my next vehicle. He is a knowledgeable salesperson who has a love for vehicles and working with people. I must also say that my service advisor, Andrew, is the best. I have been working with him since I got my Scion iM. Recently, I got my current Corolla hatchback serviced for the first time. Andrew advised me that it would take two hours. I asked if I could get a shuttle home. No problem. As I was waiting for my shuttle, he approached me and said that a service person was available and that it would take an hour. Perfect! I decided to wait for it. Servicing was done in 45 minutes. I was impressed. That was fast! My car runs well. The complimentary car wash helps! Andrew is a competent advisor who lets me know what services can wait and what issues I need to address with my car. I also like the folks who drive the shuttles. They are enjoyable to chat with. They get me to and from home safely. I am happy here as a customer. Keep up the good work! (486)

    I'd recommend checking other dealerships and compare pricing etc. Their pricing is higher though Toyota is truly a reliable brand.

When I reached the store around 10:00 a.m. there is none in the shelf. I asked one of the customer service rep about this item and she got the details and come back and said the inventory is wrong and we don't have this item and I confirmed with the manager(Heidi). I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. This store online information about the available items and the quantity is not reliable.

Well, the time is now! This Petro-Canada is located on the southeast corner of Victoria Park Avenue and Gordon Baker Road. It has a small convenience store with a mechanics place across from the pumps. I have never been inside the convenience store. I tend to pay for fuel at the gas pump. My visit last month extended this streak. I had no problem using my Petro Points card, my 407 ETR gas discount card, and my credit card to pay for my gas fill-up. This gas station is always clean at the pump. All was great. There weren't a lot of folks there. I was one of two customers on a Saturday afternoon. I loved it. It was great returning here. It's a decent gas station. I'll return when I'm back in the area and need to refuel. (385)

It is located adjacent to a Cooper Tires, as well as Sterling Auto center. The store is tiny compared to many other Petro Canada stations, where only a couple of people can be in the store at a given time due to space limitations. They offer a limited selection of drink and snack options. Lotto is available for sale. While this Petro Canada tends to be less busy than the nearby gas stations, it is only open from 7AM until 11 PM.

    Some sales reps in this dealership are rude and will say many untruthful things and provide…read morenon-materializable offers to get you the buy a new car! This happened not once, not twice! It happened 4 times! I was going to the dealership to buyout the car before the end of lease. Kevin Liu told me that why buy out the car now because you have to pay the same amount of interest anyways. The better option is to switch your old Lexus to a new Lexus! The calculation doesn't match. From the final numbers given by the financial manager, there is about $2000 of savings in interest for buying out the car 15 month in advance. Kevin is unethical and will tell you wrong information just to get a sale! Wayne Qiu was good but too bad he doesn't work there anymore. He had offered me a free extension of the remote connect app subscription verbally to sweeten the deal of the lease in 2022 but since it wasn't written on the contract, the sales manager couldn't honour it and said they would never offer something like that. Well, this is not what I was told. I am like whatever Sandy...lesson learnt is to always have everything written down on the sales agreement especially in this dealership because they cannot be trusted! Joyce Lu is another sales person that is rude. In the Lexus website, you can find out what the trade in value of your Lexus vehicle (the current trade in value if you return it now). The website told me back in 2022 that I can get back $7500 for my UX but when I talked to Joyce who was just a sales reps back then, she doubted me and gave me the attitude that I am being ridiculous. That's why I didn't choose to deal with her and went through the Lexus Canada website asking for a new sales reps to be referred to me. And their extended warranty is also a rip off! They said at the end of your warranty if you don't use it, you can get your money back! So without reading the fine fine fine print, we thought there is nothing to lose right? Wrong! You need to keep your car until the end of the extended warranty term, if you sell the car before then, even if you don't use it, you get nothing back! Of course, the sales that sold us the extended warranty didn't mention a thing about this to fool you into buying their warranty because they get a cut on your purchase! Very unethical tactics! Beware of this dealership! They cannot be trusted!
