I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. He told me the problem was fixed and left, but shortly afterward the vehicle began leaking fluid again in two different locations. I contacted him immediately, but he did not return to inspect the issue or provide me with a written estimate, receipt, or documentation for the work performed. He had stated that his work came with a 90 warranty, but he did not follow through on returning to look at the issue after I reached out. I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. This was my experience, and I'm sharing it so others can make an informed decision.

I asked if they would certify it so it would be covered under GM's CPO program. Mike took care of that at no extra charge. His communication was timely and thorough. He sent me all the documents next day and once I wired the payment. He sent the finalized documents as well. I arranged the shipping of the car to California.
